The 2012 election cycle is in full swing there is just one problem. I see a whole lot of republicans and so far, nobody else. There are protesters in the streets, but they're leftists. The occupation, is waning.

We have not, in modern times, truly had a sustainable continuous opposition to the mainstream 2 party system, other than the ron paul revolution, and even they are divided between anarchists, constitutionalists, foreign policy leftist, and the few actual conservatives who got on board with conservatism instead of neoconservatism.

It seems, that the third parties are waiting to see what Republicans do, It seems that no Democrat will shake the party line and force Obama to actually run to keep the Democratic nomination.

Not that I expected any of that to happen, but it's almost 2012, I believe that it's time to think outside the box, and not necessarilly do anything radical, but do the unexpected.

Organic movements grow out of organic ideas, and just as the ron paul movement sprouted in 2007, I believe politics needs a refreshining. Over the past decade, activists, independent journalism, and the few statesmen we have left in government, have fought with every strategy imaginable against the corruption and tyranny.

I don't mean to be an armchair quarterback, but merely a compass hoping to point some more powerful people in the right direction. For more innovative ideas, Check out some of the things that Michael Badnarik is involved in recently. to bring together freedom minded people, does not take a genius, to try strategies that failed before in a better more thoughtful and planned way, does not take a rocket surgeon, just someone with guts.

"Don't Be Tread On" is now being published. Although I try to credit influences when and where they are due, I realize now that I should have added this to the book in addition to the shout outs to resources that were influential.

There are many people and organizations that I have come in contact in the last 5 years that deserve to be recognized as important figures in the self education of Kevin L. Kobe. I would like to recognize those who helped lead me down the Liberty path here and now.

To Gary Franchi and William Lewis, you guys have been the biggest breath of fresh air that you don't have to care to be censored or dumb things down to spread the info. Keep waking people up, you two have been my media mentors even though I've only met you a few times.

To Chuck Baldwin, It was an honor to vote for you in 2008 and an honor to shake your hand on a few occasions. Thank you for continuing to advocate for the style of activism that those of us in Missouri and our supporters tried to mobilize.

To the Southern Mo crew: Renea, Ryan and Bran...You showed me that you don't need big city recognition to be a leader. You showed me how to have fun and remain vigilant during the downtime.

Jim Lembke. These 4 took a stand for causes that weren't popular or politically advantagous at different times, in the name of knowing what's right. Our politics may not all be the same, but sometimes doing what's right can be a reason to smile at each other.

To the Missouri Libertarian Party, specifically Cisse Spraggins...thank you for being the Only support of mine during the craziest time of my life. It was so the wrong timing for me, but you believed that even a little effort goes a big way to change hearts. Sorry I couldn't grab more hearts and minds, but glad to have tried for the cause.

Sorry about the lack of updates to my blog.

Several events have happened in my life which have caused this blog to become inactive over the last few months.

First of all I wanted a somewhat unbiased review of "Don't Tread on Me: Rise of the Republic" which I was unable to find a volunteer for and did not have much time to watch other films on a regular basis.

Secondly, spreading the word about the campaign and about the aforementioned film is causing me to be a very busy man. Please stay tuned to http://www.facebook.com/VoteKobe for information on how you can help support these efforts.

Lastly, many of you may be aware of some dramatic changes in my personal life. From fighting for visitation of my daughter whom I've lost contact with for 7 years, to a divorce and new inspirations, and lastly, my family band. My passions for truth have not died, but evolved and have taken a very individualist "jack of all trades, master of none" focus.

I want to keep up the infowar, especially this blog. Right now is a huge state of change in my life, however, and when things settle down, rest assured I will be back to online activism one thousand percent. Until then, keep in contact with me, as I will be spreading the word in the physical world and kicking Statist ass in this election as well as taking very proactive measures to advance my own responsibilities in launching the fourth decade of my life.

I will update occasionally as big things happen, such as this past Tuesday's candidate forum where I set the tone for many of the reactions from the other candidates.

All my peers in the online activism community, keep up the good work. It's almost time to reboot the revolution. Which is why my campaign slogan is "It's not 'Tea' It's not 'Change' It's about making a difference for Missouri"

Documentary Movie Review: King Corn

It's in your hair. It's in almost every item on McDonald's Value Menu. It's on the wall of an Iowa museum. It's in fuel tanks of vehicles. It's in beer and liquor. It's in a hole in the side of a cow. It's in most products made by Coke, Pepsi and Seven Up. It's on the mind of politicians.

This film begins with the filmmakers having their hair analyzed. They find out their hair shows that their body has very high makeup of corn genetics. The idea that Corn could make up so much of a human's diet to be so clear genetically is intriguing. So the filmmakers set out to document 1 acre of a corn crop from preparation for planting seeds, to the point it enters your body to eventually become part of your hair.

Along the way however, the story becomes more about how Corn became so dominant in American society and the world. By the end of the film, you come to the conclusion that not only do two wrongs not make a right, but several wrongs repeatedly can be dangerous for our food supply.

This film continues to go back to farmers talking about how you cannot make money planting corn without participating in the government subsidies. Imagine how much money would be lost to the industry, and the level of the dominance of corn if “grow, baby, grow” wasn't the government push.

So modern corn is king, with not only subsidies, but a whole genetic property rights issue pushing up the issue of getting bigger and badder yield. The rest of the food industry soon followed suit.

An encounter at McDonald's sends the filmmakers hunting the cows. Cattle and Factory meat industries are examined as recipients of corn products as feed for farmed animals. The consensus is that the animals live in horrible conditions, and our food supply is tainted with pharmaceuticals for one reason. Corn is a cheap commodity, cheaper than the grasses and grains that the species that feed us are supposed to eat. So we feed animals a substance that they can't digest and pump them with medicine to quicken the process and allow them temporary relief.

The Beverage industry is the other shoe on the chopped off diabetes foot. High Fructose Corn Syrup is the sugar in almost anything you can eat or drink. America once again demands these products to be cheap, so Corn as a source of sugar is chosen. The problem? The empty calories often cause malfunctions in your metabolism, and ultimately Obesity and Diabetes is a result.

Soda pop and Hamburgers are the two biggest staples of American culture, so we literally have a nation poisoning itself through identity. How can this be? We find out through the Corn museum that corn is actually healthy in most varieties, however, the standard yellow corn that has taken over America lacks the nutrients that give most blue, red, and black corn their color. Instead, yellow corn is full of straight carbohydrates. So eat up America.

The journey ultimately leads to Dr. Earl Butz, former US head of Agriculture, who, in the 70's, whose policies “corrected” the US practice of subsidizing farmers to not grow food. The departure of limits on these subsidies opened the door to anyone willing to put some corn in the ground for a fast buck. It's my personal opinion that these policies led to the farming revolution of the major factory farming industries, and along with NAFTA and other free trade deals, has led to famine in other nations due to having to import corn from the US due to the subsidies causing price fixing putting their local farmers out of business.

When this film was over, I began to wonder what would happen if we instead chose to subsidize grass or hemp. While not guaranteed the massive yield of modern GMO, these crops can be grown easily and naturally and can inject some health into our food supply. I am not advocating the immediate switch from corn to alternatives, just merely stating that farmers should have some alternative available that will not harm society as much as the corn and soybean industry has.

Information: 3 stars – This film talks to those who are most affected by Corn and corn policies. Average people who have interest in the topic. Monsanto's monopoly over the seeds could have been examined more.

Source Documentation: 3 Stars – What you see is what you get. Great documentation on the filmmakers' families and on the subsidy policies of the US government, however, some stuff could use better explanation than just interviews.

Presentation Method: 4 Stars – We follow the filmmakers on a journey, one that would examine small Iowa farming community from their perspective,

Visuals/Sound: 4 Stars – Superb cinematography.

Solution, Constitution, or Pollution: 4 Stars – Solution. These filmmakers follow the money in corn, and even make an “acre” of difference at the end.

Overall Wake-Up-Ability: 4 Stars – While other films certainly display the dangers of Factory Farming and the centralization of food, this one certainly tugs at the heart strings when you follow the emotions of the filmmakers.

Documentary Movie Review - Police State 4: The Rise of Fema

The “Us against them” mentality will always be the adverse problems posed for true peaceful activism. Anyone who would use “Us vs. Them” for political gain should be alienated and ostracized immediately as a provocateur.

In the week of the release of this film, I had re-watched the original “police state” trilogy to review, as well as attending a local protest of the Federal Reserve and IRS. At this rally, one of the organizers began to bullhorn IRS employees that they should feel ashamed and quit their job. This is one example of the “Us vs. Them” mentality that we need to avoid. This is the problem that will undoubtedly increase the use of the police state.

What is the Police State? Alex really doesn't use his films to define the term, but rather show you what it could look like in your town. A “Police State” is one where virtually all activity in a geographical location is governed by an authoritarian force. In the United States, where freedoms and checks and balances prevent this, it is an extreme occurrence which an extreme emergency can be declared where those in charge of governing the area claim that chaos, or the potential for chaos, has grown too large to control while allowing for normal freedoms. This is commonly referred to as “Martial Law” or suspension of government.

This film begins outlining several executive orders by which the procedure for Martial Law is established. E.O.#s 10990, 10995, 10997, 10998, 10999, 11000, 11001, 11002, 11003, 11004, 11005, 11051, 11310,11049, 11921 are explained, however, you can research those. Needless to say, that combined, these executive orders provide for the government takeover of every resource and economic sector, including movement and housing. Alex also references Presidential Security Directive 51, which has remained largely a secret, event though representative Peter DeFazio tried to alert Americans to its existence and the secrecy of the executive. These powers include the “Continuity of Government” project of the US government, by which the United States would, during time of extreme emergency, not be governed by the Constitution or our elected representatives, but by an “Emergency” government with emergency powers. A new executive order establishing a federalized “Council of Governors” essentially pushing federalism at the state level, would also provide for a plan for emergency response. Alex also covers the Civilian Inmate Labor Program and DOD Directive1404.10. Please research the government documents listed in this paragraph if you need more information.

There you go. Not a Conspiracy Theory, the plans for martial law and imprisonment exist. The only debates are:
A. Do you agree with “Emergency” (increased) powers in times of perceived chaos?
B. What types of events are “emergencies” that could initiate the declaration? and
C. What would martial law look like and would it negatively affect the people?

That's where the rest of this film comes in. Bankers telling our congress that if they voted against the bailout that Martial Law would be necessary is financial terrorism. The financial crisis has brought outrage from several interested people. The protests exist, as I mentioned my attendance above. However, what happened in Pittsburgh in 2009 did not make most news outlets. More on that in a sec.

If Martial Law was a duck, most people would say that the evidence of a controlling mad government is just a quacking, waddling, and feather covered teddy bear, not a duck.

Alex goes into some of the Military working in the homeland in violation of posse comatatus, as well as the Northcom force, reported to be targeted at 40,000 US troops trained to operate in the homeland, including quelling insurrection.

The Infowars crew were filming these efforts in Pittsburgh during the 2009 G-20 Protests. Jason Bermas' inability to get these members of Military to define posse comatatis shows how dire things can be.

“Order out of Chaos” is a commonly known phrase of people aware of authoritarian tactics of globalist leaders. Government will always claim that their control tactics are to restore order to a chaotic situation. The problem people have with this, is the seemingly unequal target of these tactics toward people who would be in opposition to federal government, globalist, or elitist goals.

The first time I'd seen the L.R.A.D. lesser-lethal crowd control device was in the Jon Ronson documentary “Crazy Rulers of the World” where he was outlining how governments use unusual torture tactics that start out with seemingly no military application. The L.R.A.D. is a device that blasts brain piercing noises in a targeted direction. A Lock-down of the streets of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania using Military, rows of Police, and the L.R.A.D. was clearly a display of Martial Law.

So what was their justification? Perceived chaos? We see “Anarchists” throwing things, breaking things, wearing masks. Again, instead of targeting the bad apples, lets declare an Emergency and lock the place down of all constitutional activities. Alex's previous films as well as a clip of a few anarchists here, provide interesting evidence that some of these “Agents Provocateur” could perhaps be government employees.

The L.R.A.D. also blasts an interesting announcement. “This is an unlawful assembly”

Amendment I - U.S. Constitution: “Congress shall make no law.. ..abridging.. ..the freedom.. ..of the people, peaceably to assemble..”

Clearly this was a Constitution-free zone.

The announcement tells people to “Leave the area immediately”, however, as Alex shows us, the police just corral the people into one area blocking from all sides. A free state Philadelphia was not.

Alex also covers the interesting case of Hardin, Montana. A private, foreign-run, “security” firm known as “American Police Force” takes over a local prison facility, and begins driving around town in vehicles labeled “Hardin Police.”

The most interesting thing about this film is how it clearly outlines the issue of the Christmas 09' Underwear “Bombing” attempt, as well as the concurrent push for body-scanning machines at airports. Alex, in interviews with Webster Tarpley does the job that the media told us our government failed to do, and that is “Connect the Dots” surrounding this attack. Alex also shows the differences between the incontrovertible eyewitness testimony vs. the several different official government stories of this event including the State Department telling Detroit News that even the Federal Government was involved in allowing it to happen.

The Body-Scanners are also exposed as Michael Chertoff's health-destroying, submission ritual, money making machine.

Alex also covers the important propaganda issues of the MIAC report and Glenn Beck's lies as well as the Pentagon writing news stories and the FCC's ability to take over media networks.

This film takes the styles and focuses of the original “Police State” trilogy and pumps them into a 2009-2010 alert. This film also resolves some of the contextual problems that the first three films suffered.

Information: 5 stars – This film covers the push for a controlled society, covering all of the available news and information from recent years. It's jam packed full of footage, eyewitness accounts, news reports, and government documents.

Source Documentation: 4 Stars – While this film has cured most of the contextual issues of the previous films, there are a few issues where skeptics might feel that some information is not related to the overall message.

Presentation Method: 2 Stars – This was basically clips from the Alex Jones Show, inter-cut with clips of what he is talking about. He would have been served well to take the time to re-explain some of these issues specifically for the film, at times some contextual stuff from that day's show is mentioned, which does this film injustice.

Visuals/Sound: 2 Stars – Unfortunate that the special graphics used must have been created for big screen HDTVs because it seems that it is very hard to read important stuff on the screen at key times. Also included is a segment where two computer voices alternate layered over loud music, which makes it nearly impossible to understand what they say. The only bonus this film does get, is the fact that while watching it on my surround sound, the L.R.A.D. came on and my wife started throwing things at me because it was hurting her ears. Congratulations on bringing the experience home for me, I respect that if others have that experience, they might understand how negative the L.R.A.D. is.

Political & Social Spectrum: 4 Stars – He would get 5 stars if he did not choose to label some issues as “conservative.”

Solution, Constitution, or Pollution: 1 Star – Consti-pollution While the information is good, again, there is little to no direction on how we the people can change this stuff. He didn't even do as good of a job of calling for people to spread this information. We also need to spread the word of the importance of citizen journalism when events like those in this movie happen.

Overall Wake-Up-Ability: 4 Stars – Not quite as good as “Washington You're Fired” at emphasizing the issues of government power grabs, but quite honestly, this might be one of the few “Movies” that actually shows clashes between police and protesters in recent years, which gives it a unique quality. As such, I honestly would rather to have seen some coverage of DNC/RNC 08' footage or RNC 04' footage (while revisiting the Seattle WTO issue) than some of the focus on terminology that people might not understand. I think establishing the history of detainment facilities for protesters would have been a perfect topic for the film.

Guide to my reviews and ratings

With this week's release of Alex Jones' latest film "Police State 4: The Rise of Fema" I felt it fitting to review all 4 films this week. I am combining the first three films, known collectively as the "Police State" trilogy into one review, since I recommend them to be watched together.

"Police State: 2000" was Alex Jones' breakout in investigative journalism on the closing grid of police and military operations in our lands. Alex goes around showing how many of these enforcers are unaware of the checks and balances that our constitution and federal law would have in place to prevent the types of tyranny in place. Interviews with officials like San Antonio Police Chief Al Phillipus on Federal "police" intrusion into localities were things nearly unheard of at the time of the film's release. The "On the Scene" footage of military, in American streets and training to round up American citizens is undeniable. We see the various excuses from seat belts, to catching drunks, that "enforcers" will use to assert authority. But ultimately, the issue is shown clearly, about 20 minutes into the film. The failed "Nazi Excuse" of "Just following Orders" is way too frequently the excuse for this behavior from those who would falsely use the slogan "Protect and Serve." At the time of the film, many of these operations were labeled as "Training" but the subsequent films show that the incrimentalism of posse comatatus violations have only served to warm the people to the idea of Military, Federal, and even Foreign Agents on the streets. Disturbing is the footage of Local police working with US and foreign military doing urban warfare and emergency response drills, by kicking in doors and shooting first, interacting with actors and local volunteers who scream “I'm an American,” “We need to get paid,” “We Want Food,” “I need to speak with your commanding officer,” and “I have rights.” along with loudspeakers telling the people to “remain calm so that we may process you into the camps faster.”

“Police State 2: The Takeover” is a fitting sequel, however, Instead of military training and the federalization of police, instead this film takes its heavy focus towards Agents Provocateur and how they enable martial law style tactics to be enacted. Alex shows you news reports out of Seattle's WTO protests, where Agents Provocateur were allowed to continue to reign in destruction even with a heavy police presence, and then the area was placed on lock down as a reactionary tactic. A suspension of the first amendment, thanks to a city council vote to declare a state of emergency. Meanwhile those responsible for the real violence and destruction got free rent from the city's low income housing. Those rounded up for “improper assembly” were taken to a federal “prisoner processing camp” at Sand Point. Which leads Alex into how federally funded public schools could be used for these purposes, and into the issue of federalism of the school systems through special crime watch programs. Alex then continues the expose from the first film, showing new footage of urban warfare drills and police/military collaborative checkpoints.

"Police State 3: Total Enslavement" is almost an odd film out. It may have been decent when it was released, however, there seems to be a complete lack of visual integrity and focus on topic. Which can be a good or bad thing, depending on how you look at it. On the one hand, Alex throws a ton of Information in, it is more random than topical. All in all this movie plays out like one of Alex's daily shows in modern times. Alex throws almost every topic that has to do with control grids in this film, through news reports on video or on paper. This movie comes off as more alarmist, partly because there isn't really anything special that this covers. This goes into federalism, globalism, microchips, FCC takeovers of radio & TV, cameras on the streets, and other “smart” technology. This film is more about the “1984” side of these issues, which, to some is harder to source and prove in a believable manner. Ultimately, I think that Alex could have waited a few more years to do the 3rd film, then he could have included some further use of the martial law type strategies that towns and their police used in the first two. It would have been great to have seen some of the RNC 04' stuff in this.

Information: 5 stars - These films have some repetitiveness in the information, however, those educated on the constitution and posse comitatus should be definately concerned about the details of our overall society reported in these films.

Source Documentation: 4 stars - While all of the information is sourced, some of the context in which evidence is alluding to can be questioned by skeptics.

Presentation Method: 3 Stars - "Low budget 60-minutes-style special report" These films are of Alex sitting at a desk going through the evidence cutting to the videos and documentation

Visuals/Sound: 3 Stars - What could be expected from the turn of the century independent media. It got dated fast.

Political & Social Spectrum: 5 Stars - No Left or Right. Only Right and Wrong.

Solution, Constitution, or Pollution: 3 Stars - Part Pollution Part Solution. A whole lot of "this is something to be afraid of" with a "get the word out" solution. I think that advice to create a movement asking the viewer to watch and video things in their own town, or to research their town's federal ties could have helped propel a more direct 3rd film and may have sped up the release of #4. If these films are to be viewed as showing us a dangerous threat to our Liberty, there should definitely be a movement toward further documentation.

Overall Wake-up-ability: 3 Stars - I hate to give these films such a low score here, but Alex does come across as an alarmist to new viewers in some of these areas due to connecting dots. I'm not saying he's wrong, but there is a difference between a town giving an abandoned building to the military for temporary use as a base for trainings operations and "The Federal Government" "taking over" a building. Both could be dangerous, but only one would imply improper use of the government. I think that the WTO Seattle compilation in the second film is the thing that makes any of this a "must see" for the modern activist.

New + World + Order: A change in the planetary state of control.

Many questions arise when one begins to ask the question, "What is the new world order." When you ask questions, the most common are the good old who, what, when, where, why, and how.

This film goes into answering those questions. The reason these topics are thought of as a "Conspiracy Theory" is the inability for the common individual to connect the who with the why and the how. This film attempts to connect those lines for the viewer. For one to fully understand the term, you need to fully appreciate the context in which the term "Order" is used. Jason and his clips from mainstream media show the installers of this agenda in their own words. Often people confuse the word "Order" as an answer to the question of "Who." They might know wnough about the use of the term "new world order" to understand that there are secret societies involved and some might even falsely believe that "new world order" is an assigned name for groups that either have no name or have names that people are not aware of.

On the contrary, this film names these organizations and shows the viewer that the level of influence that the famous members of these groups have is undeniable. One would simply brush them off as "special interests," however, many would find it an insult to "democracy" to know about the private meetings between the Politicians, who all claim to be fighting for the people's freedom from big business, the Bankers, who claim to be trying to regulate a disordered economy to enable the people to be independent, Industry, who claim to want to provide goods and services that nations and their peoples might need, and Media, who claim to independently provide oversight of the actions of government. I often personally refer to the unified stance of these four societal structures, as the four pillars of the new world order.

As this film will show, the outcome of these sectors of society operating in a unified fashion is not only a conflict of interest, but the ultimate in elite social connections allowing to consolidate Power, Wealth, Information, and Direction of the planet. It does not take a genius to observe what might happen when a Politician, a Banker, an Industrialist, and an owner of mainstream media channels are all working toward the same goal. You wind up with, respectively, a funding mechanism, the legal ability, the industrial ability, and the public perception to carry out any agenda that you might wish to agree upon. Not only that, but these agendas can include expanding, renewing, or preserving the powers of its own membership.

The easiest way to describe this is using the term "Globalism." The term basically means standardization of all societies, communities, and laws globally. The easiest way to think of the people pushing this agenda is to think "Globalist Special Interests."

I'd say the only thing left to debate after one would see this film is whether a person believes that Jason Bermas is right in his assessment that this concept of a new world being perpetrated by the elites of the world is one of negativity and evil.

A concept which would take the elements that make up the concepts of Humanity and Sovereignty and attempt to alienate societies' preservation thereof.

A concept which would reject the concept of individuality or reject the idea that different regions of the world/different communities might look, act, or think different than the rest, requiring different types of laws, businesses, and societal structures.

Jason provides evidence of Drug smuggling, Paganism, homosexual prostitution, false flag acts of war and violence, deception through propaganda, and a policy based on depopulation, theft, and death. All under the cover that they are mostly honest, christian, civic leaders.

For me, the information in this film,(as well as others) showing the deeds of these people and their groups, paired with the celebrity knowledge of the lives of the persons involved, confirm, to an honest person, that these persons are not interested in ordering the world in a fashion that would truly be new and peaceful.

Instead, what I see is the classic throne-sitter mentality of persons who want to rule the world supposedly for its own good. Only a tyrant would believe that they are above the people in the capacity to handle doing what is right by civilization. It is comforting to know that filmmakers with an artistic capability and focus such as that of Jason Bermas would agree with my view of the motives of these people.

Information: I have never before seen a film with so much important information on the relation of Negative Globalism to Historical and 21^st Century geo-politics - 5 Stars

Source Documentation: Jason backs up the arguments and information with mainstream media reports, books, videos etc. There is one little quote in the film, however, which might be considered heresay about Bill Clinton's brother supposedly talking about him having a "nose like a vacuum", referring to cocaine running through Arkansas relating to Clinton having a drug habit. I am only pointing out the lack of a trusted first-hand witness of this quote, as opposed to the existing third-hand heresay. I am not making claims about the validity of the quote, partially because this is the first time I've heard it. These very small, very rare errors in sourcing can sometimes invite debunkers such as the "screw loose change" community (which Jason knows all too well) to make widespread claims diverting attention of the factual. - 3 Stars

Presentation Method: Jason starts off relating to you on a personal level, then goes into news clips, images, and documentation - 4 Stars

Visuals / Sound: The 3D rendering of images through layering movement is very attractive. Sound effects are superb. Some of his expert testimony could be a little louder in comparison to the music and sound effects of other clips – 4 Stars

Political & Social Spectrum: If you love the UN....you won't after this. The mainstream brainwashed partisans might not like this as it attacks the motives of mainstream Democrats and Republicans evenly. - 4 Stars

Solution, Constitution, or Pollution: Constitution. With the exception of his closing argument asking people to "take action" and Alex Jones popping in ¼ of the way through the film with an ad, no specific steps to action. - 4 Stars

Overall Wake-Up-Ability: Anyone that pays close attention to the details of this film and understands the sources, while still denying, is obviously in denial out of fear. - 5 Stars

Anyone who has seen the expose “The Money Masters” is familiar with the educated knowledge filmmaker Bill Still has in regards to our monetary system. In this follow-up we learn of the possibility that Frank L. Baum's “Wonderful Wizard of Oz” may have been a warning to future generations about the political struggle of monetary policy.

This film disappointed me greatly. While a potentially decent tool to get someone new interested in the concerns of monetary reform, it is really less about the ties to “The Wizard of Oz” and more about the history of politics and money in the United States.

I'm all for a history lesson, especially in our culture where people frequently forget the important things in a very short time span, with the exception of the things our controlled media would rather direct our focus on. This movie provides a great history lesson as to the debates and balance of power between banking interests and government.

I usually have a few issues with films I review, and I'm not sure how to take away how I feel about the message of this film. Mr. Still absolutely demonizes the idea of a gold backed currency in favor of a government fiat currency. However, I would hope that he understands that his narration of support for fiat currency is not the message the film would actually send out. At the end of all of the evidence he puts forth, and the warnings of “The Wizard of Oz” you come away (and even Bill himself summarizes this) thinking that the answer to monetary woes in this nation is a Silver standard.

The monetary argument is that of a currency based on one of the following principals: Fiat (fictionally inflatable value relation) vs. Creatable (physically inflatable consumable resource) vs. Scarce (limited consumable resource) vs. Precious (rare limited in-consumable resource) vs. Finite (abundant,but limited in-consumable resource). I will mention a sixth below that is rarely discussed in these types of debates.

The difference between a fiat currency and the rest is an issue of quantity. Mr. Still argues that the problems with our monetary supply are A. Who controls scarcity?, and B. Who controls quantity?.

The only difference is that Bill, and several other economists believe that the two are one in the same. However, the difference between Silver (in the Finite category above) and Gold (precious) are their ability to be controlled through scarcity. I'm not going to disagree here, because I believe that as the population of the world expands, a system based on Silver could perhaps push even a more abundant resource like Silver into the precious category. As we see with the Diamond trade, (and even in our own fiat currencies) that perception of use and value can increase perceived demand, or perceived supply decrease, which creates real demand in an effort to get a piece of a rising investment.

I will now discuss the sixth principal of value that economies are based upon. I like to group it with Fiat into a bigger category known as “ethereal” and the other valued resources are “physical.” The Sixth one is Labor. You see just as a Federal Reserve Note is not limited in quantity if you are the Federal Reserve, Labor to a large degree is not limited in “quantity” only ability and capability, which are the whole basis for the use of Labor as a resource. Just as a Fiat currency is only a service of having an inflatable means of exchange that is limited only in ability and capability. Availability do not determine value in these two methods, unless a skill of labor is in such demand that it is treated like a precious resource, but even then it is a product of ability, since most are able to be educated to perform most tasks. These are ethereal because their physical properties do not determine value. One can decide that a piece of paper with ink or an hour of labor is worth $1 or $1000 by simply assigning what it needs to be worth using supply side thinking.

Physical resources on the other hand are demand side thinking. Their physical properties and quantity determine their value. An ounce of Silver will always be worth an ounce of Silver, only the demand for silver can change that price.

The other part of Bill's rejection of the Gold Standard for Fiat is that Government is supposed to be an institution of the people, and that a government controlled fiat system that eliminates banker influence allows the people through government to control the value of their currency.

He acknowledges that politicians do have the incentive to improperly hyperinflate or deflate the currency under that system, but pledges that it would be better than a gold system where deflation is controlled by monied interests who are already in control of resources. And that only the way in which banking money is created affects the system.

I feel that if they are already in control of resources, then their influence is still there even if they do not have the official powers. I think that is an argument that this film even supports. If we've went through this debate several times in this nation already, then why has it not went away? Because banks still have influence over the market and over the scarcity and the value of goods. With that power, you have leverage politically against any politician's effort to protect a system of freedom. I argue that the politicians in Washington are too “modernized” into being a tool of the corporatocracy, and lack the political fortitude to put their political advancement in jeopardy for the sake of values. My answer? State currencies. This is why all of these “Democrats” are afraid to make a real decision about the war on terror, because they are afraid the political implications that doing the right thing will make them appear politically “soft” against the “evil people.” This is why “Tea Partiers” are afraid to purposefully alienate “Republicans” and “neo-cons” because they falsely believe that their independent movement is being accepted by a mainstream system, when a real examination can see the mechanisms at work.

My argument is that you need competing, decentralized currencies, ethereal and physical, supply side and demand side, for in order for a tyrannical institution to control both supply and demand side of a sector of the economy, it also needs a mechanism for driving demand, such as the Diamond or Oil cartels. For example, Texas can have a Gold or Silver backed currency, Alaska an Oil backed currency, Missouri a food backed dollar, Kansas a Fiat currency, all to be legal tender of the United States Union trade-able to banks across state lines, but the control will be in different sectors of the economy. This, however would be unconstitutional due to the Gold/Silver States' clause of the Constitution. (that is also not followed under the FRN system) However, we can still advocate for decentralization and competition between currencies which are the important factors here.

You see to control an economy, you must control both supply and demand. The reason bankers have such great power is that they have controlled demand of the Federal Reserve Note through Legal Tender laws. If a business owner is able to mandate that his store will only accept gold coins, then the power of a Fiat currency supplier is taken away. Much of the Demand side is perception. This is why economies are becoming global. The labor movement of the 20^th century had power because they controlled the demand for their skill, and therefore had leverage to negotiate the value of that labor. Much of demand-side economics is disappearing in our global economy because of our ability and willingness to do business with unregulated markets. To the average American, it begins to matter less and less the standards by which goods are made in comparison to their ability to acquire it. Chinese goods are made with practically slave labor, in very poor quality, but we refuse to pay twice the price for morally and quality made goods. This is a 100% perception issue.

Just as over-regulation on smoking became popular, while many complained of the price increases, the prices have actually stayed quite sane in comparison to the regulations. Why is this? Because of decreased demand due to the majority of the public turning their back on smoking as a desirable habit. The reason I mention this, is the fact that the bankers have the power and wealth, so they have the influence. You can take the ability to create money, but they've never had the power to create wealth, only to steal it through fiat. Well, as even this movie admits several times, that once you take the power from the bankers, if they still maintain their assets, then they maintain their influence on the Military Industrial Complex, the media, the politicians, and it's only a matter of time before they are in control again. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly expecting a different result. Lets break the cycle of Government and Banks trading bureaucracies over fiat and cartel-controlled currency systems, and repeal these damn Legal Tender laws.

Response to Planned Parenthood Candidate Survey

Dear Planned Parenthood, ADVOCATES, and to whom it may concern.

I Recently have received the Planned Parenthood/ADVOCATES State candidates' survey. I have been very much looking forward to completing surveys of this type. However, due to the extreme bias nature of the questions, I have found it nearly improbable that anyone could take this survey honestly and in a serious fashion.

The reason I am being so harsh is that I have found much of the language within your survey very contradictory to itself. The wording of this survey at times is very exact or very broad. Sometimes both broad and exact in the same clause.

(For example: “Oppose a ban on abortion procedures that does not include an exception for the woman's life and health?” at first glance the narrow word “life” would appear to be advocating abortion in severe medical conditions. However, the simple inclusion of the broad word “health” creates the potential implication of a very broad definition of health that could include mental health, stomach cramps, vomiting, etc. which are all natural side effects of pregnancy.)

It is clear that this is perhaps an attempt to confuse a candidate into believing that they are voicing their support for a moderate issue, when the same answers can be interpreted to mean very extreme beliefs in regards to the rights of females and when the killing of a fetus should be tolerated by a society.

First, let me start off by saying that you question a candidate's support of a woman's “Access to information,” “Access to Medical Care,” and the like. However, the section that includes question 17 and 18 “Government Intrusion In Medical Decisions” makes it clear that instead of having complete information about the decision a family is about to make, your organization would rather have a woman be educated by Planned Parenthood and the FDA approved pharmaceutical advertising materials.

I support a woman's access to information regarding pregnancy options. But I think that information would also include what any side effects of any drug or procedure could mean to her, information about gestation, phone numbers to adoption agencies, and any other information or education that would support a live birth option.

While I do support a woman being able to make medical decisions, I have personally met many families whose lives have been altered by the side effects of certain types of FDA approved birth control and vaccines, including my own wife, and find it very dangerous that an organization such as Planned Parenthood would have so many questions regarding taxpayer support of its services, yet find so intrusive the regulations that taxpayers would require for oversight of how that money is being spent on dramatic family decisions. It would do your organization well to remember that when you use the term “Government” that it also means “Taxpayer.” I find it clear from the several law firm advertisements on daytime television, that our pharmaceutical industry and FDA is in no way perfect when it comes to the safety of our medications, and for Planned Parenthood to use the FDA as a guide is not progressive thinking. And it is also clear that any organization requesting government funding for their services should not be opposed to following guidelines to ensure that the mental condition of their patient is one of a sound, educated, individual.

While on the subject of the “Government Intrusion” section of your survey, let me address the first phrase: “Planned Parenthood believes that the decision to have an abortion is best left to the woman in consultation with her loved ones and her physician....”

If this were a true statement, then if that person was a child, her loved ones would be her parents. Your question number 7, asking for a candidate's support of underage contraceptive services without parental consent, would show that Planned Parenthood would rather the child believe that Planned Parenthood were her loved ones, and not her parents. As long as an adult is responsible for the actions of their underage child, it becomes ever important that the parent be allowed access to all of the information available regarding the education and medical care of that child, and be given the opportunity to influence their own child's decisions regarding the several types of medication and contraceptives on the market, for the child's own safety.

Onto the subject of the Morning After Pill and Abortion. I do not believe that the two are medically one in the same, but morally they are very close. While men and women are very different, our nation's Constitution has made equal protection under the law, the law of the land. When a man's reproductive decisions are brought up in a court of law, he finds that the rule of thumb is that he is responsible for when, where, and who he chooses to mate with, and must face any consequences of this decision that may arise from the time of the decision to mate to the time of his death. Many would advocate the use of these two forms of birth control for merely socioeconomic reasons. Such “socioeconomic” “escapes” from the aforementioned responsibility toward the decisions to mate, are not only bias against males, but is also a very unfortunate precedent in regards to responsibility in our society, that should instead be discouraged, educated against, and only used in extreme measures. Education and preparation is the responsible choice, the widespread application and availability of the “oops” option as socioeconomic birth control is the irresponsible, sad choice for the modern intelligent woman.

Which brings me to the Rape/Health issue. While I do consider myself pro-life, I do believe in the right to defend one's own life from the life of another, including one's own growing child. However, these complications should be high risk, and a decision not made lightly. In regards to Rape, I do support the limited use of the morning after pill. I think Abortion in the case of Rape should be the final option after the woman has declined or received mental health services to aid her in coping with the trauma, and declined the possibility to adopt. Rushing to a decision to abort after such a life-traumatizing event is very dangerous for the long-term mental health care of an individual.

Again, with the inclusion of your “Government Intrusion” section, another contradiction would be found in your “Refusal Clauses” section. I don't believe government should intrude in the decision of a business owner to do business as they would choose within reasonable context of regulatory law. If a physician would like to prescribe a medication that is socially controversial, it would allow for those in support of that medication to compile a short list of pharmacies that do sell, and allow for the free market to let those pharmacies to gain advertisement for their willingness to do more business. I would hope that Planned Parenthood would rather support someone willing to ensure access to a woman's care than to force that business upon a business owner in opposition to Planned Parenthood's beliefs.

Ultimately, other than for my knowledge of some of the information I've heard about Eugenics, I am not completely against the idea of Planned Parenthood nor against some of the beliefs that the organization stands for. In fact, I'd like to think of myself as moderate-conservative on most social issues. However, your survey has made it impossible to be a moderate in the eyes of your organization and I will gladly feel comfortable with any endorsements you may give to my opponents in the 2010 51^st District Missouri State Representative election.

The 51^st Missouri House of Representatives race has expanded with the recent filing of Kevin L. Kobe for the Libertarian party ballot. This district covers the Independence Square and surrounding areas as well as Sugar Creek and a small portion of Kansas City east of I-435.

Kevin had most recently gained press as the former organizer for area tea party-style group “Liberty Restoration Project,” known locally for its opposition to Red Light Cameras, The Real ID Act, and the political influence of banks.

In addition to Real ID, Kevin has personally testified about last year's controversial MIAC Reports released by the State Highway Patrol agency which profiled several types of government opposition activism as potentially dangerous.

Kevin's political beliefs are based upon “Original Intent” constitutional philosophy, small localized government and small localized competitive capitalism. He became an activist after the failed 2008 Ron Paul presidential campaign.

Kevin Lives in northeast Kansas City with his wife. He is a father of two and comes from a family with several generations from the Independence area. Kevin Booth's American Drug War was a good film about a bad policy. This sequel focuses on recent events in California's “Emerald Triangle” and the booming medical marijuana industry and the mentality of the government's “War On Drugs” viewpoints in an area where the people have spoken, and how the battle for de-criminalization is never really over.

We meet growers, distributors, and users to get the first hand accounts of how modern day “reefer madness”has affected them. The often touted opinion of “Stoners” as unintelligent couldn't possibly be 100% true, when there are more headshops in southern California “than there are Starbucks”

We find out that marijuana is very scientific. Breeding different strains together to get desired medicinal effects to help the customer, or by realizing northern California's “Emerald Triangle” being the prime area for growers, as it is the inverse meridian of Afghanistan's poppy regions. The Californian Marijuana industry is researched and optimized for maximum results.

The message of this film is straight forward, check out some of these people, and why they do what they do, and then show how government interferes. This film was pretty hard to watch for me, because while all of the information was good, it reminded me of MTV's documentaries. You still get the feeling that this is a cultural battle being disguised as a battle of fundamentals, when you can tell that Kevin makes poor attempts to show it the other way around.

Radio host Alex Jones features prominently in this film, being the naysayer against authoritarianism and control, however the only example in the film is one Medical Marijuana shop where the local government kept pushing the State anti-drug agencies and the DEA to raid the place. A business owner and his employees pushed around and security cameras broken, guns in their faces. Of all the tragic aspects of this raid, Kevin Booth focuses on the owners' Pit Bull injured by two bullets fired by agents during the raid.

What could have been a very sympathetic moment for the movement, became too personal to be taken seriously. The owner starts spouting off Common Law, and it's never explained, so the owner winds up looking like a kook and the only collateral damage that you wind up being sympathetic for is the dog.

The usual arguments about comparisons to Alcohol Prohibition and the mainstream pharmaceutical industry. We meet Sherry, a pro wrestler and actress who, after back injury, increased the dosage of painkillers to the point where I felt sorry for her liver. This beauty queen tells her story and her frustration with pills while sitting sensual in her bikini, and I swear there was a shot of her walking with crutches with her breasts hanging out the bottom of her tank top. Once again, a seeming compassionate victim comes across in the film as a wierdo.

This is the unfortunate truth about this film. We meet several persons affected by the drug war, however, when it comes to credibility, there isn't a whole lot of first hand interviews that the average person would want to relate to. But what Kevin lacks in the company he keeps, he makes up for in philosophy and science. When you feature scenes of former gang leaders making a purchase from a convicted Rastafarian, you had better find a way to make it look better than it sounds and Kevin Booth barely passes the smell test.

Information: The facts and philosophy are great research. The first hand interviews are based on life experience, which isn't as important. The information level is high, but you get the impression that Kevin intends the viewer to be as well. - 4 Stars

Presentation Method: If you've ever seen any of the MTV specials like "16 and Pregnant" or "True Life" it's that style where you follow the stories of a few people affected a scene at a time. This film would have been better served not inter-cut, but should have told each story individually, with the facts and figures told separately to show a difference between the valid information and the stoners. - 3 Stars

Visuals/Sound: While Kevin Booth doesn't add a bunch of flashy stuff, the camera work is amazing with the exception of one or two scenes. You can almost smell the Pineapple Kush through the screen. - 4 Stars

Political & Social Spectrum: American Drug War had drug opponents, this doesn't. This plays out more like a propaganda film for NORML than a semi-objective documentary, but that's the point. - 3 Stars

Solution, Constitution, or Pollution: Solution! Even though this film is all about the issues with California's law, it's clear by the end of the film that it is a freedom issue, and one that will be settled one state at a time through state legislatures and petitioning for ballot initiatives, and the power to decriminalize is within reach if you take action. - 5 Stars

Overall Wake-up-ability: Marijuana skeptics unfortunately will not be swayed very much by this film, so it will be preaching to the choir of the majority of the public who already agrees with decriminalization. The hope is that everyone can come away with a little more compassion and education when it comes to the medicinal use of this plant. - 3 Stars

The liberty movement is a wide term that includes several archetypes of people who are taking different approaches to become sovereign in their own way. I like to talk often about the real left-right paradigm being a natural response to the false left-right paradigm and my watching of this film is the perfect example on how different types of people can agree with fundamentals, facets, and metaphors, but completely disagree on all the details that support an argument, so you wind up agreeing for different reasons.

I had to shake my head no quite frequently, however, this film makes you examine and debate your motives for action or feelings toward things that make you uncomfortable with your own paradigm, so I really had to re-examine and re-affirm my disagreement. After thinking it over, I'll still disagree with the message of the film, stating that 99% of good information based on 1% of something that I would call an unproven personal political belief is not a good thing.

It's not a flat out disagreement, but perhaps my interpretation, or how I can see others will interpret the information in this film. Watching this film reminded me of hearing a debate between Infowars' Alex Jones and Zeitgeist's Peter Joseph. I respected Peter Joseph quite well until I heard him say that Evil is not natural and that “Sin” is learned behavior.

The end of Kymatica suggests that we can overcome this through natural evolution, as long as we're conscious of our behavior. I believe that sin is part of life, part of humanity, and therefore is not something that can be overcome merely by some passive consciousness evolution as this film suggests. That does not mean that I think this is not the solution to our problems. With consciousness comes education and wisdom, and I truly believe that this makes the passive solution here an active one.

I also hope that those who watch this film do not attempt to use this as an excuse to avoid speaking out when evil does happen. Just because you're focusing on your own individualism and mental evolution does not excuse our duty to family friends and community to provide example and mentorship to those who would need influence, as long as you're not just forcing your way onto an unwilling subject.

The film would have you reject admiralty law and societal law in favor of individual rights and living within your own mind, body, and spirit. I caution those who are new to these concepts not to confuse being against the tyranny of society with being against community. Also keep in mind before you take any action to exercise your natural law rights above admiralty law, that while filmmakers and people within both the Globalist and Freedom movements are aware of the concept of admiralty law as a form of control, much of the Law Enforcement and Judicial community still hold these powers as valid over human beings. The idea is to be free from fear, and be educated, but don't do something stupid and force yourself into unnecessary harm.

In the end the whole dang movie is almost awesome, telling you to examine your motives, telling you to learn your language, telling you to be aware of the microcosms of reality that can be changed by tiny individual actions and thoughts. However, it's presented as black and white, as if there would never be a valid reason to have something to fear, or a valid reason to allow outside influence into your psyche.

While I agree with the concepts, the cut and dry, black and white nature of the argument invokes feelings of strict untrusting Anarchists crossed with the “post-new-world-order-100-years-of-peace” crowd that tout global tyranny in order to usher in what comes after the tyranny.

Information: From Admiralty Law, to subliminals, to Influencing Paradigms, to Planetary Organic Biology, this movie is packed. - 5 stars

Guide to my movie reviews

Core of Corruption is a series by Jonathan Elinoff, and "In The Shadows" is the first of the series. It takes a look at the persons, places, and events behind the 9/11 tragedy.

One of the most common complaints about the "9/11 Truth Movement" is its focus on "Controlled Demolition." This film touches on it, but focuses more on the background of the individuals directly related to the incident. I'm disappointed when these films focus so heavily on intelligence and government failures and still feel the need to get into a physics argument. Occam's Razor is the concept that you provide only the information that you need, the information that is relevant to your argument. I don't see how these films benefit from the Controlled Demolition theory. It becomes an argument on what is possible and what is probable, and not necessarily documented, proven events that are easily agreed upon to have happened. Much evidence supports the Controlled Demolition theory, however, the "how" is not as important as the "why" or the "who." Controlled Demolition would have been better covered in the sequel being released soon, or another film.

A heavy focus in this film is on what Porter Goss and Bob Graham Knew before the attack, and what power they had to pass on the information so something could have been done about it if they had. The film shows how these two men were privy to warnings beforehand and were involved in the failure of investigation.

Able Danger, The Dr. Graham 9/11 Report, John O'Neill, Randy Glass' letters to Bob Graham, and several other warnings were filtered through our government and almost every warning went unheard and this film wants you to ask why. And those are the warnings that we KNOW our government had, when you see the Fox News report on Comverse Infosys and Amdocs you begin to really understand how the attacks could not have been pulled off without foreknowledge.

The secondary question is why we don't hear more about the Israeli spy ring found in our nation? This film takes the Fox News report's exposure of the problem of Israeli espionage, and asks about the odd secondary events on 9/11, and what the FBI could know about ties between some of these 9/11 events and this spy ring.

If you don't believe that the United States could have stopped the attack of September 11, you will understand that this becomes more than a mere one-day-one-event failure when you scrape the surface.

This film is almost comparable to Jason Bermas' "Fabled Enemies," only this film gives you more information and more ties to Graham and Goss. This film gathers more mainstream news reports and more clips of first-hand witness accounts.

Information: Very informative. If you don't know the information behind 9/11 you will after seeing this film. - 5 Stars

Political & Social Spectrum: 9/11 transcends political party to the point where it is shunned by mainstream politics. There is no political angle here. - 4 stars

Solution, Constitution, or Pollution: Constitution. 9/11 becomes important to a person, but in the end, that won't protect our liberties. This film is a great research project, and perhaps a good movie to hand out, but other than that, 9/11 truth is a cause that becomes ever harder to act upon. - 2 Stars

Overall Wake-up-ability: Truth is made fun of in the mainstream and claimed to be discredited several times over, however, with more films making the inside connections between persons, places, and things, we may just have justice one day. If you can get someone to watch this, they will understand why 9/11 is still important to much of America. – 4 stars

With the release of Kevin Booth's new film I thought I'd take a look back this week at his last film, American Drug War. I'll have a review up soon of “How Weed Won The West.”

American Drug War points the finger at the effectiveness of the “war on drugs” and its progress in the self-destructive culture saturated with legal mind-and-body-altering substances. Kevin Booth offers his own family's plight with drugs, both legal and illegal, and alcohol addiction as inspiration for his journey.

Along the way we meet several persons touched by the drug war in their own way. We hear from Freeway Ricky Ross via prison telephone, who was known at one time as the “wal-mart of crack” because of his wide distribution in southern California. His story of regret for selling his community out, inter-cut with former DEA agent Celerino Castillo's discussion of the South American drug running of the CIA becomes the most damning story of our Federal Government's hypocrisy.

Kevin also gets Tommy Chong to tell how he was set up by a government sting operation to get his son's pipe company to send a pipe to a county that banned paraphernalia.

This isn't a one sided argument though, we hear from Sheriff Arpaio of Maricopa County, often thought of as the toughest law enforcement official in the country when it comes to enforcement and incarceration. His opinion on combating drugs and listening to him brag about treating the K9 units better than the prisoners makes one re-think the sanity of law enforcement.

We also hear from Clinton's Drug Czar. (Go Czars!) Kevin ambushed him disguising himself as a conservative lecture-attendee to get him to speak about the importance of the drug war, and it becomes clear that the Federal Government and its heads really have no idea what is going on in the streets of big-city-USA.

One of the most shocking things about the drug war is the ability to use inmates as slave labor. When you hear the true motives for why some drugs will never be de-criminalized, you might just start speaking out about the issue yourself.

Most films about drugs are often criticized by mainstream America as biased, not stating the dangers of the drugs, or for advocating their use. Kevin, on the other hand, shows you the harm drugs create in our society, and then shows you why the Federal Government's solution is no better.

Information: The camera takes you to the streets, in the jails, in Kevin's family, and in the face of government officials. The only thing missing is a Doctor's perspective - 4 Stars

Presentation Method: Rugged HBO-style documentary. (fitting since it aired on Showtime) – 4 stars

Visuals/Sound: Nothing fancy. But for this film it doesn't need to be. - 4 stars

Political & Social Spectrum: Completely Neutral in my opinion, however some of the more family-oriented conservatives might not like the angle. But in my opinion that's their bias, not Kevin's - 4 stars

Solution, Constitution, or Pollution: Pollution. While this film is great information, with the best interviews, it leads nowhere. At the end, you're left feeling that it's someone else's problem and that you, as an individual, or community, cannot change this giant scheme between government and security contractors. - 2 Stars

Overall Wake-up-ability: This film will give a slap in the face to anyone in the country who still thinks that the CIA or privatization of government entities are good things. Almost anyone in society can take a new point of view from this film, the only problem is lack of a solution. This film doesn't even give firm examples as to where our values can be improved. Sure, it's a Must-See movie, but it should be accompanied by a talk about what we can do to at least fix the mindset, if not start fixing the problem, but maybe that's the point of the film, to fix the mindset...but if that were the case, it would be free-distribution, which it isn't. – 4 stars

It was World War II and our nation faced an enemy that was percieved to be walking among us.

The response by the United States Government was to utilize the results from the Census to identify potential threats to our nation and create internment camps to house thousands of Japanese-Americans, including American citizens.

Fast forward 80 years. Our media and government point out how the war on terror includes the domestic front, including American citizens.

The latest film by filmmaker William Lewis and producer Gary Franchi looks at the lessons of history and examines current government programs and bills to simply ask about the possibility of the War on Terror could be used in such a way that would target political enemies of those in power in our nation and marginalize, criminalize and detain people who may disagree with the party line. Primary source documentation and testimony from several experts who have researched the modern political culture make a compelling argument that could frighten even the most avid skeptic.

Every so often we hear about the threat of Martial Law, however this film takes and in-depth look at recent political developments and asks the viewer to determine if there could very well be a dangerous path in store for this country if more people do not make civics education and accountability a priority in their lives.

From provisions of the Patriot Act (Which William outlined in his film, Washinton You're Fired), to government misuse of watch lists and threat reports, to quotes from our President about indefinite detention and a well funded "civilian" national security force, things begin to rhyme with history's worst actions in the name of "Nationalism."

While one hopes that we never have to worry about such a control grid, nor fear-mongering thereof, it becomes ever important when examining the current direction of the country and the way our government assesses what an enemy is, that we are able to continue to exercise our rights.

Information: When you first pop this DVD in, you think "Conspiracy Theory" but the relentless onslaught of informative content leaves you wanting more - 5 stars

Presentation Method: One of the best parts of this film is a skit detailing a martial law force raiding someone's home. It is very entertaining, however, with a topic already struggling with legitimacy issues, it probably would have worked better as a dvd extra. Otherwise, the interviews and narration were flawless. - 4 stars

Visuals/Sound: Beautiful Graphics, seamless transitions, decent sound. - 5 stars

Political & Social Spectrum: This film confirms the fears of the conservative/patriot movement. Some of these things may have non-constitutionalists asking why they should care. Obama supporters will hate this film. - 3 stars

Solution, Constitution, or Pollution: Part Solution/Part Pollution. So you're afraid of Fema Camps, what next? There are several options at hand, and preparation is key, but so is Activism. While there is a great call to represent your values, it is a little fear based, and your left feeling that your fate relies solely upon your communication with your state legislature, although, some filmmakers would not give you that much. - 3 stars

Overall Wake-up-ability: This film suffers from the opposite of the "title misleading" problem most films have. No, the title is straight forward, unfortunately it's on a topic that avg. Joe dismisses as fear mongering. If you can get people to watch it, this film will change their outlook on the "good of Government" - 4 stars

Michael Tsarion has given several presentations on the origins of the elite and the mystery religion and its ties to modern society. This film is a diet, more presentable version of the information he talks about.

As with all of Michael Tsarion's information, you really have to go into this film understanding that he's not going to tell you anything you expect to believe. He gives you thoughts on how you can inform yourself with knowledge to decipher the symbolism, codes, and propaganda that are out in the open in every day society.

“Talismans” are around us everywhere. Seemingly innocuous logos and icons are actually part of language going back centuries. Using clips from major motion pictures and examples in mainstream media right into real-life prophetic events and persons, This film makes you question whether reality is truly “stranger than fiction” or if reality is something that is straight out of what is written in fiction, guided by those who want to make those sci-fi books and films a reality.

As with most of Michael Tsarion's stuff, it's meant to make you question, not give you answers, so there is little proof involved other than whether you can believe what you're hearing. But that's the point.

Perception is everything, and when it comes down to downright facts, nothing is proven until you physically sense it in-person, and even then you must trust that what you've perceived is exactly what happened. So, when you're questioning a “reality” what you're questioning is the reality we've been told and sold through external sources.

Some in the movement, and really much of the skeptical society would attack Michael Tsarion and other alternative theological researchers for being too “out there” or for putting out information that they cannot “100% prove” however, the important thing to remember, is that SOMEONE believes it. Someone with POWER. Someone who wishes to control you. If you can prove at least that much, then the information is sound enough that the people should know about it.

It's good to finally get Tsarion and other experts in a format that isn't behind a podium with a slide show. The Graphics are amazing and the presentation is wonderful. The message of the film is to be an individual which, while positive, is a double edge sword.

You almost get the feeling after watching this, that being involved in government and activism is pointless as long as you have love in your heart and are freedom within your mind. Almost as if slavery is okay as long as we have spiritual freedom. But that's just one possible misinterpretation of the end part of the film that someone could possibly take away from this film, so if you get this feeling too, don't blame the person on the other end of the phone for your hearing aid malfunction.

This film goes into Mind Control at every level, from MK Ultra to subliminal advertising. Understanding what is possible is just as understanding what is known, and that is the point of this film. Getting to know deeper different important events in society in a light where you can see beyond the known into the potential that these events are also methods of rounding up the hive into a single mindset that is willing to submit to the proposed agendas of the elites.

Information: Informative to those who want to know about talismans and the depth of what the mind is capable of, with great comparisons to sci-fi media. - 3 stars

Source Documentation: Michael Tsarion is recognized as an expert in his own right when it comes to esoteric information, however there is no “proof” in philosophy and religion, and that's what this film is. - 2 stars

Presentation Method: Mixing Science Fiction with real study of reality is often used by the mainstream media to misinform or make fun of important issues, Michael shows us how the same tactics can be used to inform the people of these same issues when you point out how blatant and in your face these stories can be. - 4 stars

Visuals/Sound: The music is a bit annoyingly creepy on purpose, but the camera work and graphics are great. It's good to see Michael Tsarion somewhere other than a dark room behind a podium. It really gives pop to the information he's presenting. - 3 stars

Political & Social Spectrum: Neutral/Alternative Philosophical. Not biased, but a little too “alternative” for most social groups. - 3 stars

Solution, Constitution, or Pollution: Part Solution/Part Pollution. The information is good for anyone learning about individualism, but this is also pretty much brain candy that could potentially be a diversion for the active. - 3 stars

Overall Wake-up-ability: I hate to give this such a low score, but even the “Alternative” movements are not open minded enough for this information, and those who are, might not care about the spiritual/philosophical enough to believe in the individuality message. If you are open minded and like to wax philosophically then this movie is a must, and if you think you know people who may be open to questioning their reality, this movie is for them, but this movie is pretty far out there and the majority of even awakened people will shut down their eyes and ears to this message pretty quick. - 2 stars

Often these reviews will be based on how useful of an educational tool the film is, because that is the whole reason for making a documentary.

I will often compare these films to other films, and comparing filmmaking styles.

Following my deconstruction of the film, I will provide my "Ratings" followed by short explanations as to why I rated each category the way I did.

Here I will explain what the categories mean.

Information: How much information on the complete state of things can one expect to take away from this film?

Source Documentation: Does this film show the documents? Does it provide terms you can research? Does it contain experts that you can verify? Does it have mainstream news reports confirming this information?

Presentation Method: What is the production style of this film? How well is the story being told through the teaching techniques used? Does this film feel like a Hollywood movie or a History Channel special, or a college lecture?

Visuals/Sound: How flashy are the graphical elements? how well is the narration and music? Could I get too bored, or could this be too cheesy and over the top?

Political & Social Spectrum: Does this have any socio-political leanings or biases?

Solution, Constitution, or Pollution: After watching this film, will I be motivated to do something about the state of affairs? (Solution) Or will I be warned that my values are in jeapordy unless I figure out a solution for myself? (Constitution) Or is this just a lot of fear-mongering and getting people angry with nothing to do about it?

Overall Wake-up-ability: How broad of the population should seek this film? What type of people can you show it to without them shutting the information down or dismissing it as biased, and would it be useful enough for people already researching the types of issues discussed in the film to take away something new?

When I first heard of this film, the same thing happened that almost always happens when I first hear about a documentary. I get the wrong idea about the title. I had first assumed that this film was going to be about Continuity of Government or the UN takeover of several local governments.

Imagine my surprise when I discovered that this film was actually about the big brother surveillance state and Agenda 21. Watching the first half of the film, I was greatly impressed by the depth in which they go into the information surrounding the use of Internet 2, RFID, and smart tech. You really start questioning the reality of the devices and software you've allowed into your life. “What could a computer in MY refrigerator tell the government?” However, when they shifted to Agenda 21, I was watching closely. The Agenda 21 control grid was covered with a lot of depth, but the “Global Warming” issue was not really brought out as the selling point of the tyranny. One issue I take with most people in the movement, is that we don't focus on using the term “Agenda 21,” and neither did this film, but it did gather quite a few of the experts.

I was delighted to see Michael Shaw, G. Edward Griffin, and Catherine Albreicht in this movie along with several experts that I hadn't heard of before. That is excellency in documentary film making, to gather known experts and persons mostly unknown within the movement. The one issue I have with the cast of experts is that no “Fusion Center” experts were used when the MIAC Militia report was brought up. In fact the film did not go very deep into the issue of Fusion Centers. As with most reporting on MIAC, there was no coverage of the library of reports, only the Militia report.

I find most coverage of MIAC nauseating because this seems to be the focus, due to the left-right paradigm and how this report attacked mostly mainstream right wing ideals, whereas the Fusion Center issue is dangerous for everyone. Especially when you dig deeper into the other leaked MIAC reports.

This movie is no different, for after MIAC is covered, religious freedom of expression is then focused on for the rest of the film. I have no problem with coverage of Christianity and Christian values, however, by the end of this film, you tend to come away not thinking “I need to worry about my rights,” instead you tend to feel “I need to worry about my rights if I'm a Christian.”

I hate to focus so hard on the negativity, because most of the information is awesome and sound, and anyone who is concerned with the massive categorizing of private information by Corporations and Governments can really get a complete breakdown during the first half of the film.

Presentation is clever when compared to most modern documentaries, however, clever isn't always entertaining or informative. While the graphics and production are remarkable, the style of the film is too much like a Junior High Health Class film. Narrator talks in monotone, cuts to a “skit” to provide an example, then the expert interviews, rinse, repeat.

Information: Superb on Big Brother / Great on Agenda 21 / Mediocre on Fusion Centers / Decent but biased on Religious Freedom - 4 stars

Source Documentation: Light on actual Documentation, however any of the experts can be trusted and verified. – 4 stars

Presentation Method: 80's Educational Film. – 3 stars

Visuals/Sound: Spectacular graphical elements provide emphasis on how all of this information is related to databases and control. - 5 stars

Political & Social Spectrum: Partially Neutral with some “grassroots” Conservative focus and a Christian message. - 3 stars

Solution, Constitution, or Pollution: Constitution. A ton of information, but pretty much a call to stand up for your values. - 4 stars

Overall Wake-up-ability: Great film for anyone looking specifically for a big brother breakdown, but potentially too “preachy” to wake up “Newbies” and lacking pop to “Preach to the choir.” If you have, or expect to have a friend or a family member asking you about Big Brother, definitely keep this on hand, otherwise, grab a more neutral film on Agenda 21, such as Endgame or Esoteric Agenda. – 3 stars

Love Hate & Co-intel-pro. What are Catherine Bleish's motives? Even I don't Know

Once again, Wednesday, Alex Jones referred to the "event" that happened last month at the gun rights protest "Co-intel-pro."

A few weeks ago, I had spoke my mind about certain issues between myself and the person in question, Catherine Bleish. Catherine and her allies immediately went on the defensive, claiming to be the victims of my "vicious attacks."

I will not repeat the entire exchange here, nor bring up all the details of the bad blood, however, since then, this thing with Alex Jones has happened, along with the fallout thereof, and several people have been asking my opinion. They want to know if I think Catherine Bleish is Co-Intel-Pro.

First of all, my "vicious attack" was not against Liberty Restoration Project or Catherine Bleish, nor the wonderful things accomplished by either. I never attacked Catherine on a personal level, nor as an activist. Nor did I claim she was completely wrong in her criticisms of Ron Paul, Campaign for Liberty, and Alex Jones. It was a timing issue. I had kept my mouth shut about problems that I had with an unfortunate situation, and I've tried my best to "just move on."

However, the claim of Catherine and John that they wanted to "protect the movement from being misled" by the likes of a Ron Paul or Alex Jones, who were labled as treasonous and harmful, It was a calling that I had then the duty to mention some of the misleadings I had percieved in these critics only in their direction of "Leadership."

I only wish to offer a warning to those who wish to follow Catherine Bleish and John Bush.

Do the research. I left the LRP and Operation Defuse leadership at the beginning of December 2009. Before I left, I was going to volunteer to spearhead the Missouri Operation Defuse actions. In the 3 1/2 months since my initial intention to volunteer, I have recieved no less than three warnings about John Bush. I don't care enough about John to do the research on his backstory, but I've heard some gossip that does not surprise me.

As far as Catherine goes, let me point you to the collaborative projects Catherine has worked on over the past 3 years. Ask people she was involved with in her dealings with Rule of Law Radio, Revolution Broadcasting, Midwest Liberty Fest 2009, the Kansas City Ron Paul movement, the Saint Louis liberty movement, and Revolution March.

If you still aren't satisfied, let me take you on a journey of what I've seen in this infight, and how I percieve it, so that you will stop asking my opinion.

Fast forward to 11/22/2009. End the Fed rallies were being held across the country, Continental Congress 2009 was ending, and Alex Jones and Jason Bermas were doing their Sunday shows. To me, this is where the calls of "Co-Intel-Pro" and infighting began.

I got off of work and took a shower and headed to the KC Federal Reserve. I hosted a very successful rally, and went home to celebrate, before deciding to go to the KKFI (Kansas City public radio) studio to sit in with the overnight Monday morning host, Ben.

The next day, Catherine contacts me, I had spent the day posting videos from the KC rally, as she posts videos from the Chicago rally, that many members of Continental Congress attended (being the closest rally to the event). She starts telling me of how things broke down at the end of Continental Congress, and how she was trying to advocate civil disobedience, and was being called a "Provacatuer"

I listened to the podcast of the Sunday Jason Bermas "Infowarrior" show, and 2 people called in stating that there were provacatuers at CC2009, calling for people to break laws.

The only documentation I've seen to this day, of the actual arguments that happened, is a video from Brooke Kelly's "Puzzled" vlog, showing several older folks asking for more peaceful solutions and the younger persons being fired up against tyranny. One thing in this video stood out to me. John Bush dramatically giving a speech wearing handcuffs. It reminded me of Glenn Beck and his chalkboard. Anyone that needs a visual aid to get a point across must not believe that they are talking to adults with rational thought. But that's really my only personal criticism of John.

I can agree with Catherine's explanation that this was the idea of civil disobedience a la Rosa Parks, but I still have no solid proof that this was the spirit of the discussion.

The next week I start seeing things of Operation Defuse, around the same time the press reports that Missouri State Rep. Bob Dixon, chairman of the interim committee reviewing the practices of the fusion center states that "closing the MIAC center is off the table."

Which brings me back to why I "viciously attacked" Catherine in the first place. Again I want to attempt to show you that It's not Catherine as a person, or as an activist, nor the organization Liberty Restoration Project, that I'm against. It is the failed leadership strategies of Catherine when it became clear that the organization had grown to big for her, and at the same time she had grown to big for it.

I began immediately thinking strategy, and start to visualize a protest in Dixon's district in Springfield Missouri. I was told by Catherine and John that attacking the problem from the outside would be too great of a task, and that instead I should head up citizens committees where "oversight" alternatives could be offered up and draft legislation could be passed to the state legislature.

Let me show you why this is ironic by taking you back 9 months to when the MIAC story broke and explaining the birth of Operation Defuse and the background of the fusion center fight. It was the Alex Jones show that broke the story. So without the help of Infowars.com and a brave Missouri Law Enforcement official there would have been no fight for LRP to recieve national attention.

But the call for support is sent out, and America responded to our action plans. People called demanding a retraction, it was retracted...people called the tourism industry...next thing you know the head of MIAC was reassigned. We were making waves in the country in our quick response to this attack.

Then LRP broke the "Armies watch End The Fed Rallies" story, which Alex Jones jumped on and still harps on it, without "giving LRP any credit"

LRP was too busy at the time to act on the Army document because we were in full call to duty against the MIAC Militia report. We had taken multiple trips to Jefferson City to testify about Real ID, as Missouri was passing a repeal bill last session. During these trips, we confronted staff members in Governor Nixon's office for dodging the Sunshine Law (state level FOIA) requests and for not responding when requests for a meeting with the governor were requested. You can find two of these videos on YouTube, the second of which we were escorted out by MO Highway Patrol (Governor's Security detail) and Catherine states "We'll be back with a lawyer" as the camera fades. We never returned to the Governor's office. LRP did not get the Sunshine documents until late December, and there was never anything more said about a meeting with the Governor.

June 10th the Missouri State Legislature started hearings on state intelligence gathering (in other words, they wanted to look like they were taking care of the problems MIAC caused) Catherine testified at all 4 hearings, I testified at two of them, and in the meantime, I was hosting street actions and events in Kansas City, while Catherine was working on Midwest Liberty Fest and doing speaking engagements at Jekyll Island, Freedom 21, Porcfest, and various Tea Parties in the Saint Louis area, as well as appearing in the documentary "Camp Fema".

Shortly after the release of "Camp Fema," (I can't remember the date) Catherine called into Alex Jones' show on a day where Alex was repeating the whole show how depressed he was, and how bad things are. She talked about how the Missouri Legislature is waking up to the Constitution and are beginning to understand the 10th Amendment and how the MIAC issue is a federalism problem. Alex examined this in the same way I did, that if the State kicked out the Federal Government, the feds would just work through the local levels to get to the databases maintained by the state, and kind of talked down to her for being a bit gullible when told by government to have hope.

During Freedom 21 Catherine and I begin talking about different strategies for a Veto Session protest. Ideas were thrown out to call for 10th Amendment resolutions and to call out Governor Nixon to respond to the grassroots. During this event, Catherine and I were consistantly at odds with each other, but this was one thing we both could get behind.

During that weekend, she told me that she didn't see much point in Federal Reserve rallies. She told me that I should trust the Neocons in the tea party movement because they were waking up to our way of thinking.

I began advertising for this grand State Capitol rally, and I eventually took hell for doing so, Catherine had a better idea, to join with the 10th Amendment Center to join their rally, so I was wrong for going out on my own and promoting our own thing that wasn't going to happen.

So we weren't going to call out the Governor. In fact that battle was completely dead. Nixon was essentially "Off Limits" as far as LRP was concerned.

Here's a Governor who had 5 scandals in his first 6 months in office, and we were told to back off. So, the 10th Amendment thing wasn't a total waste...although I chose not to attend after the previous drama.

They lobbied several legislators and Catherine had talks with several persons associated with Bob Dixon and incumbent republicans. They expected her to cowtow to the Republican party line if she wanted any support for real 10th Amendment issues, and insulted Ron Paul to her.

Then the End The Fed and CC2009 happened and the rest is history.

So imagine my surprise when John and Catherine, on a conference call, months later, tell me that "protesting Bob Dixon isn't a solution."

So don't go after the Governor whose name is on the documents, and don't go after the Chairman of the whitewash committee.

This is just one example of one ongoing project where I have had questions about Catherine's leadership capabilities.....I wouldn't say my dealings have enough for me to call her Co-Intel-Pro but I previously outligned LRP's 2009 Action Plan and the failures within, and she responded by saying we were too busy fighting MIAC to do most of it, and the rest was my fault for not picking up her projects when she left KC.

The question I still have to this day is where did the Donations go? We fundraised like a mofo to try to get a house....then we fundraised like a mofo in the name of getting more sunshine and FOIA requests, and when neither of those happened, we were once again asked to fundraise for Operation Defuse.

When I proceeded with my examination, she then shifted the focus onto my motives for questioning her. She claimed that I was doing this because "She rejected my advancements towards her." You have to understand that Catherine and I were very close in each other's lives for the past year. Often closer than my wife and her boyfriends when it came to the passion of fighting for our freedoms. She began putting my wife down, along with her boyfriends. She told me that I "...needed a woman in the movement who understands me." She constantly compared me to other men in the movement, so when my wife and I went through a rough time and split up, and she was talking about her reasons for leaving Kansas City for opportunities in Saint Louis and stated that if she could find those things at home, she did not want to move. Specifically, a new boyfriend who "gets" her, $100/month rent, and the ability to start new LRP chapters. With LRP KC already in disarray, and my attraction to her style of civil disobedience, along with the advice that I should find a woman with passion, yes, I did make a pass at her. But I would NEVER let my love life affect an organization that I worked for a year and a half to improve and streamline. In the very words of Catherine "I don't shit where I sleep."

In the eruption of criticism also criticized Josh, her beau during much of this madness, now her ex, for similar motives, which I can neither confirm nor deny.

However, Catherine is a person who claims to operate on the principal that people "agree with" her decisions.

At the time of the Operation Defuse launch, which was apparently birthed out of the Alliance she made with John during CC2009, I had no clue of Catherine's immediate plans. Josh was against the idea of a southwest US speaking tour, which she dismissed as jealousy of John.

So, she worked against one of her organization's area director's wishes, and didn't even discuss it with the other area director until fundraising was beginning. Motives or not, I can provide example after example as to how LRP was never "grassroots" nor operated through agreement with her decisions.

But what of her motives? These examples do not provide my opinion on why she would act this way? Is she really Co-Intel-Pro or not?

She attacks Ron Paul and Alex Jones two weeks after a report by Cass Sunstein is released calling for infiltration and infighting of "conspiracy groups."

Again, not enough for me to call "Co-Intel-Pro" but why else?

Well Ron Paul backed out of the campaign, calling for a grand march on Washington DC. Catherine began mobilizing people toward Revolution March.....while Ron Paul was telling people to buy tickets to Rally for the Republic. The Grassroots Campaign tried to get Dr. Paul a speaking slot at the RNC Convention.....Ron again was worried more about Rally for the Republic.

Catherine and I tried to get people to understand the complexity of MIAC and the Army End The Fed report. But usually it was just broken down by Alex Jones' constant focus on how he broke the Militia Report and how He was the one being watched at the End The Fed rallies.

When Catherine tried to cheer Alex up during a bad show, he marginalized her as gullible.

Catherine looked up to the top two figures of the movement and they disrespected her hard work. I'd say their actions in January finally pushed Catherine over the edge.

I'd say if anyone had a personal grudge against the people they were criticizing, it would be her.

Again, I wouldn't say she's "Co-Intel-Pro" but I don't know enough about John to say either way. I find it very odd that the beginning of their alliance was muddled with calls of provocatuerism, and that ever since then, they have gone after the top two names in the movement, not on a point by point basis, but relentlessly, devoting several hours to attacking the negative actions of Ron Paul and Alex Jones.

And now I understand that Catherine has begun using this "Cointelpro" slogan as a joke.

Is this not the same tactic used by mainstream media to make certain important, serious, issues look like unimportant, light, child's play? (for example, the Audi super bowl "Green Police" commercial)

I'm airing the laundry with this, and I know to the majority out there this is going to seem like an attack. I assure you, I have nothing but the ultimate respect for Catherine, or at least who she was, and for my LRP family who we've fought so many battles together and got things done no matter how small our membership became.

That is truly my motives for airing this dirty laundry, I worked for so hard to give myself to LRP and this one person's improper role hardened me against the ability for this movement to live up to its potential. I either want Catherine to admit that her leadership has spun out of control and into negativity and step down as Executive Director of Missouri's most well known freedom group, or I want to educate the future LRPers so they don't waste their efforts on the ego of one person.

I don't blame her, nor John, for her actions. Sometimes people just cannot see when they are destroying something they love and must grasp it harder and suffocate it.

Again, this is just a scraping of the surface of the problems I've had with the top leadership of LRP, however, I feel honored to have had the experiences I've had and to have known Catherine when she went through her "positivity" phase.

I pray for the movement that through the cointelpro, and the infighting, and the Tea Party Takeover, that we can somehow come out with something vigilant and positive. That we can suck out these poisons and understand our role in the cure.

I hear Catherine is moving again, out of Missouri. I hear she may finally be heeding my call for her to step down as head of Missouri's most well known patriot group.

I hope this can be a growth period for all of us, and that I can finally open my email, or answer a phone call, or check facebook, or listen to the Alex Jones Show without listening to someone talking about the infighting and "cointelpro" tactics described here. I pray that this is the last time I have to type or speak the names of Catherine Bleish or John Bush.

I want to see new patriot activist groups pop up in Kansas City and will devote my resources and connections to helping make that happen if the right persons want to step up with me. I want to see Missourians reclaim the state legislature, starting with my own campaign. I want to focus on my life with my reconciled wife, my adolesent son, and my daughter whom I've missed 6 years of her life. I want to finally close the book on the influence Catherine has had over my life.

However, I've since seen another hot story broke by Infowars.com and another call to action from Catherine Bleish.

It seems that Governor Nixon is on the plate again, this time in Obama's Executive Ordered "Council of Governors"

I pray for Missouri.

Liberty Shackles: Identity, Risks, and The Slavery of "Freedom"

I don't know how many people have noticed, but I haven't been active in the Liberty movement for the last month. I did not want to draw attention to it, however I do like to wax philosophically on things on a daily basis, and I like to share my points of view with the masses after I analyze and come up with new paradigms and ideas. I hesitate to get too deep into the details, but I feet the need to toss warning to my fellow liberty lovers how easily it can be to succumb to loving “liberty” more than loving Liberty.

Sounds funny doesn't it. I probably just blew your fricken mind and you're really confused. Let me explain. This movement is so important and so righteous that it is way too easy to become a slave to aspects of it. When you begin to love the idea of Liberty to the point that you've let liberty take over everything and you've become a slave to the idea, then you no longer live liberty, you are a slave.

Probably still very confusing, but please let me elaborate. Liberty is an idea. It is ever-changing. The strategies we use are constantly in flux, as are the faces of our allies, the locations of important battles. We have to always be in a stage of growth or we run several risks. The first risk is easy to understand. Play-booking. When you repeat the same blueprints of action over and over again, you show those who want to stop you what your strategy is and you give them the opportunity to be one step ahead of you or to utilize your strategies for their gains.

The Second Risk is to become stale. You risk turning people off once they have got to the point where they've seen everything you have to offer. This encourages those who are not fully dedicated to the cause, to completely forget the cause.

The Third Risk is more of an outcome of what happens when the other risks come to consequence. Insanity. You eventually realize how much effectiveness is wasted repeating yourself, and while you are using tried and true methods, and being very strategical and intelligence, you gain no ground and often fail. This is why a lot of people in the movement use the “Definition of Insanity” argument. Doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result is “Insanity” because it's like making a copy of a copy. It's okay when you're first being innovative, but eventually it's going to become a blur of ineffective madness.

These risks are somewhat easier to recognize, however the risk of becoming enslaved to effectiveness is one that is not often examined or spoken of.

You see, I have reached a point in my life, where I was a part of something effective and successful, to the point where I identified so much with it, that I was no longer free. I received a slap in the face recently that I was not independent of this idea, but that it had taken over my ability to make an independent decision of it. I realized the hypocrisy in loving something so much that you have to see yourself in it and see it in you. I did not exactly see this fact in myself, but I seen it in someone I much respect and it frightened me into noticing that I was dangerously on the edge of letting the idea of successful “Liberty” as an idea, take over my life to the point where I was forcing myself to lose innovation, forcing myself to give up many things that made me free, and forcing myself to identify with this idea even past the point where I felt the relationship with this aspect of Liberty was symbiotic, and had become parasitic to me, so much so that I began to resent it and turn it into my prey.

What happens when the identity of an individual merges with the identity of something intangible? Slavery. I seen it first hand and I did not recognize it, however when I seen it second-hand from someone I respect very much, it frightened me how hypocritical it became in my mind.

At first thought, I felt it was the great sacrifice...You do what you must so that we all can be free. This is what many say of the sacrifices we make in the movement. However, the motive can turn into addiction, which becomes a motive onto itself. It becomes part of our identity and that identifying trait becomes almost second nature in which we are enslaved.

Almost like any other addiction, we start doing whatever we are addicted to for one reason, and then wind up continuing an addiction because we can't imagine ourselves without our addiction.

Identity is the hardest part of this battle. We are very critical of forces we dislike trying to identify us for their own ends, yet we strive to carve out some sort of identity for ourselves. So such is the self-destructiveness of merging identity with actions, ideas, or an addiction.

I do not exactly identify myself as a Christian, however, I would hope that even the most avid Atheist can appreciate the moral lessons that can be learned from the actions of Jesus Christ. He is identified by the lack of identity, the lack of motive. And through that he is identified. Through that sprouted a secondary motive of showing other people the slavery and tyranny of their motives, allowing them to grow and become free.

I hope that the sacrifices I've made over the last year and a half and the disconnection of identity with the motives and methods of those sacrifices will be a change for the good.

However, I would never have snapped out of these chains if I hadn't noticed a good friend willingly submitting to the self-destructiveness of their identifying with the addiction of sacrifice. I would never discourage you from the battle, nor the addiction, nor the sacrifice. But the identity issue is dangerous for anyone who strives for freedom and liberty.

I'm sorry I fought with this person and insulted them about this issue, and hope they don't take these warnings as an expansion of the drama, for I truly want nothing more than to disconnect the shackles that hold me to the reasons we fought. However, I am praying during this holiday season that you find freedom from your identity that has held back your freedom as an individual and alienated friends and allies.

The true innovation and selflessness of the work we do become selfish tyranny when we force the good things we do to become our identity and while I truly hope that the awesome things you identify with continue and do not fail, I ponder how you can hit the rock bottom of this addiction for your own good and somehow come out healthy and clean on the other side

To everyone else, please understand the tyranny of identity. I hope that when the name Kevin Kobe is long gone, and my body is long decayed, and my actions are erased from all memories, that somehow I'd done something good that had created a ripple effect through time that somehow affects people in a positive way for thousands of years to come.

Details are unimportant. Be yourself, ultimately, and know what's right and you'll never lose. Keep up the fight, and I'll see you all in 2010. Till then, I'll be working on my own plans behind the scenes.

We stand here 46 years after the assassination of John Kennedy. You don't have to like the man, or the title of President. We're here to honor an action. It's an idea that no matter who you are, the pedigree you came from....the views you've had in the past, Liberal, Conservative, Anarchist or Socialist....The ability to recognize a danger to the American People and stand up as a Patriot is within all of us.

I don't expect everyone to like Kennedy's policies or his family. But His speeches struck a chord in the hearts and minds of men. and with one action, he attempted to remove some of the hidden corporate slavery of the debt machine. Executive Order 11110 was a chance to be free and with 3 shots in Dealey Plaza that chance was silenced.

JFK Once Said: "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable"

In March, Liberty Restoration Project as well as our allies across the country recognized a threat to peaceful revolution in the name of the MIAC Militia Report...and uncovered other threats in the other MIAC reports...all of them demonizing grassroots movements as violent extremism that pose a threat to government.

Missouri Law Enforcement declared activists their enemy with 4 words I quote: "You Are The Enemy" As hard as they tried to deny it, it was clear in black and white. They said violent people support Ron Paul.........Violent People Might Just Have Bumper Stickers...Violent People Attend End The Fed Rallies

I say Violent People Might Wear Underwear and Drink Pepsi too, where is that listed in the report?

The other reports demonize groups on the grassroots Left.... I don't care what you think about these movements or the actions some fringe members of these movements have taken, the point remains that the entire grassroots accountability movement from the right and left are both being laid out as too dangerous to be allowed because of a few bad apples.

Committees of Safety...The New Black Panther Party...Here's one I heard Glenn Beck demonizing...Copwatch, a non-partisan group that documents police-citizen interaction so that either party may use that documentation in a court of Law. That is potentially violent extremism?

There was another report warning that people in Prison might just join Al Qaeda....I wonder if that goes for Bernie Madoff and Ken Lay types who have used Wall Street to loot our economy of billions....our private prison system and the consistant crackdown on nonviolent self-destructive offenders is never addressed when they parade the terror boogeymen.

The First Hearing about these reports occurred the SAME DAY that an extreme abortion activist walked into a church and gunned down one of the most well known Abortion Doctors in the country.

Before I had even heard of the shooting, this one instance of an extreme act of murder was being paraded by Law Enforcement in front of this state's legislature as proof that we all need to be profiled as dangerous.

The Mainstream Media immediately jumped on board, tying extremism in with "Militias" and "Anti Government"

I Have the Government RIGHT HERE...it's called THE CONSTITUTION and if anybody is ANTI Government it's the people who would dare work against it. On the contrary, Gathered in front of me is a bunch of the most pro-constitutional government people in this region.

I have since seen several Mainstream Media reports where they do exactly what the MIAC center has done. They look to the politicized Southern Poverty Law Center for their boogeymen.

I've now seen Three CNN and MSNBC reports teaming up with the SPLC demonizing Oath Keepers, a group that is asking Police, Vets, and active duty military to read this Constitution, Reaffirm their oath, and if their commanders should ever give them an order that would turn our forces against the people, to refuse it.

This constitution scares the HELL out of these Corrupt Media, Corporation, Banking, and Political Party Power Brokers.

They say these things are threatening, and that they use the reports as valuable tools to prevent crime. Ladies and gentlemen, they use these tools because they are afraid of the peaceful revolution and they know that if they create a big enough fear climate, their system will accumulate so much power that a violent outbreak would mean pure victory for them. Violence legitimizes the fear climate and at Fed buildings all across the country today we send a message back that the First Amendment IS PEACE AND PEACE IS WINNING IN THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF MEN.

Another JFK Quote: "The Word Secrecy is Repugnant in a free and open society." There has been NO AUDIT since the Fed was created in 1913. They used to offer M3 reports on Cash Flow....not an audit...it's like me giving the IRS a letter saying that my books are okay and not offering any receipts or documentation...but for years they at least gave us that...but now they've stopped and when asked why, they said that Monetary Supply has grown so large that it was not worth it to print it all on paper and give to Congress. For almost 100 years the bankers scheme has gripped American Economic and Monetary Policy. Now I know economy speak turns people off so let me repeat that in layman's terms...Bankers control the future of Jobs and Your Money and they aren't telling anybody how they're handling things and when people demand they give answers they tell us to take a hike.....I say it's time for Ben Bernanke and Tim Geithner to take a Hike and take the rest of the Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan crew with em!

Friday's Wall Street Journal Front Page Headline: "House Panel Attacks Fed, Treasury."

The Audit will get a vote in the House. It is a small victory, that comes with a huge sacrifice. In order to get the bill past the special interests of the committee, it had to be attached to Bailout Legislation. Lets face it though, They will always continue to pass their bailouts and their corruption, but this time if they want it, they're going to have to help us expose the secrecy of the Federal Reserve.

I Repeat, Peace IS WINNING THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF MEN!

Even if the Audit does not make it through both houses, I want you people to understand the meaning of the word on that LRP shirt we sell. Vigilance. Very rare that a battle is ever won with the first strike. One Year Ago we had a rally and march right here...in the days leading up to that rally I had several conversations about Gold and The Fed where I could not get one person to agree with me that accountability was important or that inflation was dangerous.

I had Liberals tell me that we needed the "Fed Credit Card" to continue government programs....I Had Conservatives tell me that attacking the banking system didn't sound very "Capitalist"

Ladies and Gentlemen The Central Bank and Graduated Income Tax Are not only planks of the communist manifesto, but provide the mechanism for the entire platform of communism.

So for the much of the 20th Century while our country was in war all around the world fighting "Communism" We had communism established right above our heads.

They say that an Audit would endanger the system. It's in Danger either way. They say that The Fed Must be "Free" from political influence. It's influenced either way.

One Last Thing To Remember as we wrap up, for 233 years, this nation has strived for one thing. Freedom. From the Founding Fathers gathering as Minute Men and fighting the red coats to escape the tyranny of British Kings, to the Underground Railroad and the Abolitionist movement trying to prove to a nation that African Americans were indeed humans with rights, to the Civil Rights movement and the fight of many Americans to just be able to walk into a school or voting booth. We have now come full circle. Just as our Nation began to fully honour our commitment to All Persons Being Created Equal, We're being told that our Economy is above all.

The bankers stood in front of Congress and the Media, You still hear people parroting the line every single day.

They HAD to concede to the bankers, or the economy would have collapsed.

Ladies and gentlemen. The Bankers put a gun to the head of the prosperity of an entire nation of FREE people, and said You now become economic SLAVES or we will Kill the economy.
There is only one answer to a threat like that: GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH!

Supportcorruption.com went live yesterday as a redirect to our new national activism social network.

We advise groups in every major area to sign up to spread photos and videos of their actions and post upcoming actions.

The point of this social network is a flier downloads section where you can get the image of the "support corruption" flier along with other fliers being submitted for national street teams' viral distribution.

This is so any spreading one group does of the "supportcorruption.com" link leads people to groups in their area who are fighting the same fight nationwide.

To submit your flier for review, please send it to kevin@libertyrestorationproject.org Our only request is that you don't mind fliers being altered slightly to fit member groups' activities (website urls, for example) and that if you use this service, we ask that you find a way include the supportcorruption.com url on some of your distributions (especially fliers downloaded from there) as to keep people finding all of our actions on it.

We want to provide a service where we all can promote each other in an easy way, that could potentially go viral. How to prevent Terrorism and Extremism - My testimony to the Missouri House Interim Comittee on State Intelligence Oversight

Revolution. How one defines the term may differ greatly depending on their beliefs on the role of Government. One common thread in this century, is that the term is commonly used to invoke feelings of the Revolutionary war.

One reason I found the practices of the Missouri Information Analysis Center so appalling is that it is only one of many sources attempting to link patriotic dissent to violence.

I urge you to take a look at "Republic" magazine #15. It details greatly the government and media instances comparing constitutionalists and the Founding Fathers to rebellious violent extremists.

Is this just another case of one man's perceived terrorist being another's perceived freedom fighter? Or perhaps there are other factors to determine when rebellion is righteous?

It's a pretty common belief that the Second Amendment is not merely for hunting or defending ones self from street hoodlums, but for communities to have the capability to respond in cases of emergency or invasion by forces foreign to our laws.

However, guns are not the only solution, nor was it the solution in the 1770's. It became the final option when all other routes were exhausted. The Declaration of Independence states "Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury."

I believe the First Amendment is our channel to allow our grievances to be addressed. If a government truly operates under the consent of the governed, then amendment one would be sufficient and the threat of violent rebellion would never exist.

Martin Luther King Jr. and later John F. Kennedy both uttered a quote that describes this fact boldly.

"Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable."

One common belief among the demographics profiled in the MIAC reports is the belief that government has been actively and physically resisting needed revolutionary type changes and a restoration of the god-given liberties ensured by the blood of our original patriots.

When these demographics turn extreme or violent should we not examine motive? Surely not all cases are driven by an active tyranny, but what of passive tyranny?

In my short two years of activism, I find one common response. Apathy. Whether it is your average person who buys into the belief that corruption is rampant and that the only change is a slow one moved along by support of the lesser of evils, or it is the most radical extremist who believes that change must come at all cost and that all safe, legal channels have been monopolized by corrupt bureaucracies and political advantage, so they feel that the violence option remains our last hope for preserving any resemblance of freedom.

I argue that an overwhelming majority of the people have lost all hope that government could again be an institution of the people.

It is also my belief that those who do protest and testify are the ones who still have faith that when reminded of duty, checks and balances, rule of law, and that the people formed the states and the states formed the small federal union; Government, The Constitution, and the common belief that the First Amendment precedes the Second Amendment when dealing with perceived treason; can all be restored to their proper function in our society.

My argument is that adult free-thinking peoples being watched by adult peoples following orders is not a way to prevent crime nor extremism, Instead it is an escalation of the idea that government can operate outside boundaries if the cause is just while the people must be presumed potentially guilty unless proven innocent.

At every rights violation, we're told that if there is nothing to hide there is nothing to fear, and in the next breath told that some policies of the government must remain a secret due to national SECURITY.

When did the 4th amendment right to SECURITY from warrant-less nosing in your affairs begin to only apply to the government?

Nothing to hide, Nothing to fear. Meanwhile, ignorance of the law is no excuse. So while thousands of pages of new laws, rules, regulations, statutes, procedures, resolutions, executive orders, signing statements, court precedent, and court orders are made every day in this nation, how is one ever to know that by simply performing the innocent tasks of a daily life he is not incriminating himself?

My digression brings me to my final point. The source documentation of these government reports being private institutions with their own freedoms to utilize their first amendment, to target people are groups with the labels "Hate Group" or "Hate Speech." Hate speech is still protected by the Constitution also, and it is not proper for government to make such judgement except in extreme cases of violence and crime, not mere perceived potential thereof, based on perfectly legal behaviors.

To believe that we could ever end rebellious violence with authoritarianism or end hate speech with hateful reaction is almost as absurd as bombing for peace.

I ask those in government to consider their role in a free society and their ability to cure the apathetic. Stop the extremism before it starts, by refusing to do anything that would violate your oaths to the State and Unites States Constitutions.

And close any governmental institution that refuses to do the same.

Guns, Democracy, and the Left Right Paradigm

I have spent most of this morning reading the public reaction to the man who carried an AR-15 assault rifle to a protest outside an Obama townhall in Arizona.

The "new worlders" as I'll call them, continue to promote that "this isn't the wild west."

This is one of the many comments I hear over and over and over when it comes to the gun debate. When one examines the "wild west," we learn that one of the reasons guns were open-carried was that there was a supreme sense of community, and the community had an understanding that when outsiders would harm the community those armed would be able to defend the town.

This was not merely a time of Bandits and Sheriffs, Shootouts were the exception to the rule, and when they did happen it was often not the Hollywood image you get when liberals scream "Wild west mentality"

Nevermind that historical context places Gun Control immediately, chronologically prior to Genocide. The state is the #1 cause of death, and the first and second amendment is our protection against our neighborhoods being invaded by foreign or even our own military forces.

The reason I've started calling the liberal point of view "new worlders" is that they pick and choose which historical context to place most debates. I cannot begin to account for the number of times I've gotten into debates over the use of the term "new world order."

The term is very taboo, among conservatives and liberals. Both "sides" of the debate have agendas that conflict with historical perspective and would write off the Constitutional implications of what they are proposing.

You mention the 10th Amendment and you often get cries about slavery and the Civil War. However, people fail to understand historically that the 10th amendment would have made it easier for southern abolitionists to change their government without going to war if the movement would have been allowed to grow.

When the nation is split on an issue and you place it in a historical aspect as I just have, it's important to look at what might have happened if the tables were turned and what constitutional tools would be available for the moral outcome to have prevailed no matter how the battle was framed.

If it was the Federal Government mandating slavery, Abolitionists would have used the 10th amendment to abolish it in their state, just as many states are trying to do right now with non-violent drug offenses.

The point is, that the people are more likely to change something bad at the state level due to the states being that supreme constitutional barrier between Washington DC and their community.

Most state elected officials are very approachable, with few exceptions, whereas individuals communicating with Federal Representatives often have to do so through their office aids. Not to mention that most persons' homes are closer to their state capitol than the US capitol.

That 10th Amendment was put into place for a reason, the Government that this nation had just broken from was an unaccountable seat too far away for the people to influence.

The New Worlders somehow feel that Federal Government accountability is not an issue when it comes to guaranteeing rights.

Another paradigm I like to shake using the Abolitionist position of the Civil War, is that of "Democracy"

This country is a Republic where regions are represented, not a majority number. What works for a heavy population center like Los Angeles does not work for Central Missouri Farmland.

For this we allow Missouri to make its own laws apart from the federal government and we allow gerrymandering of rural districts to encompass a larger geographical area in order to quantify the rural lifestyle to contrast big city lifestyle in their government.

So over the past century and a half, the face of our country had changed, big industry moved in, huge cities sprung up, and all of a sudden, "wild west thinking" was backwards and extreme. There is no possible way our Founding Fathers could foresee this kind of society!

Wrong! The style of society does not matter, these are rules for how and who should make these policies not which policies are "backwards."

Guidelines for governing a free people, and when we begin questioning those guidelines without questioning what possible side effects it could mean for individual liberties, we are externalizing the power over our freedom to someone we cannot control.

The reason that this "Guns at Obama events" issue is in the news, is that we as a people grew to stop exercising our rights, so we stopped being used to seeing others exercising theirs.

If you need more proof, look at Republicans and Protesters. 2 years ago, Republicans were demonizing protesters as rioters and anarchy, now look at them, they are the elderly and the families. They are also being called "Angry Mobs." They understand the need to feel comfortable in exercising their rights.

Gun owners can bring back a time when merely taking a posture of defense is not looked upon as a symbol of aggression, these are just the correct procedures for working through the growing pains. I applaud these people for not being intimidated by image and perception. I wish more people were doing it.

If you're in an open-carry state, please do. If you aren't, it's time to work on your state legislature to get laws passed like New Hampshire or Arizona.

Step Up

If you already didn't have enough proof from the mountain of tyrannical legislation piled on us since the turn of the century, last week's Cap and Trade discussion was in your face. This morning the Kansas City Star is running an article about per-mile GPS enforced taxes on your motor vehicle operation.

I've spent the last year waking up to my own empowerment in what I can do, the problem is, there are so many issues to tackle, I don't ever want to focus on just one.

The special interests are running rampant in all levels of government, and it's easy and cliche for folks to continuously say "We have to do something"

It's a pretty generic request. There are countless independent and internet radio shows, bloggers, story traders over social networking...The first amendment is alive and well...or is it?

I set out in March trying to stress the importance of making the request for action general, and trying to get my fellow activists to sign onto an idea I had about a flier detailing the first amendment and how it can be interpreted. The idea never took off in the minds of others, but this Independence Day, I may just resurrect the idea.

I think the problem with the first amendment is that everyone focuses on the speech part.

Yes, you can speak....yes, you have an opinion....now the 4 followers of your vlog and the 12 people on your myspace understand the issue.....now what???

Internet petitions? Sending an email on that contact form on your congressman's website and waiting for the form letter response you're going to get?

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. Usually this definition is used for the millions of people who still choose to vote for the main parties.

I'm using it to call everyone out. Have you been doing the same crap for the past 5 years and whining when people don't listen or understand?

Break your paradigm. Our media is oogling protesters in Iran while ignoring the protesters here at home.

What have you protested lately? California Gay Marriage law? Peace in Iran? What about your neighbors in your neighborhood...do they deserve freedom?

Everyone has an issue....it's time to understand that if there isn't an available legislative answer then there needs to be an action plan from the streets. I'm not talking about violence here, I'm talking about knowing who the experts are in the topics you care about and referring their work to your elected officials, and when they do not act, document it, and then set your first amendment in motion.

If everyone out there reading this cares about the state of the Republic and does not have the following things then seriously consider buying them

A DVD Burner or copier
A Bullhorn
A Printer or the ability to email documents to a company or person who can print
A Camera able to capture at least an hour of mid-quality video

If you have those things IT IS UP TO YOU to do something with them. Spread the information to your community, point out how corrupt things are becoming. DON'T WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO START, THERE IS NO HEADQUARTERS OR ORGANIZATION CONTROLLING YOUR RIGHT TO DO THESE THINGS. BE YOUR OWN LEADER.

Make a newsletter detailing what you know about your subject and slip it in your neighborhood doors
Organize a protest, even if it is you and your goon friends standing outside of a store
Find out when your elected officials are going to be doing town hall style events and confront the issues
Find out when your elected officials are doing other things near you and protest them
Get video of you in action and put it on youtube or other internet services or make a DVD out of it
Burn other documentaries on your subject to loan to your friends, or if the copyright is open, hand it out on the street with copies of the above mentioned newsletter
IMPORTANT - Find out when committee hearings for your city council or state legislature are talking about an issue close to your heart and send the word out to like-minded individuals to form a carpool
IMPORTANT - Learn who your neighbors are and which ones agree with you on the important issues

Now having said that you should do these things alone, there are other options potentially. If you're ready to start doing these things and learning about the grassroots movement in Kansas City and what some of us are doing and needing help with, I ask you to consider coming to our Grassroots Liberty Fair on July 31 5:00 pm at Loose Park.

It is time to get serious and it is our hope that this event will attract some self-starters who are ready to do the things mentioned above and be the change they would like to see in the world.

MIAC Hearing: Worse than we thought? Guilt by Association Until Proven Innocent & The DC Museum Shooter.

Government, Media, and Police Perceptions of State Intelligence Fusion

The following was written over the course of June 10-13, 2009

JUNE 10, 2009 | Jefferson City, Missouri

The Missouri House of Representatives special committee on state intelligence held its first hearing on the Missouri Information Analysis Center. After the recent actions discussing de-funding MIAC, The change of leadership at MIAC, and the politicians denouncing the Militia Report, we were to believe that the issues were understood and being addressed.

However, This committee hearing has opened my eyes that the Missouri Highway Patrol and members of the state house have no idea why their operations are dangerous and tyrannical. This three hour hearing went forward, beginning with some structural rules, followed by a slide show powerpoint on the operations of the MIAC. This slide show outlined how and when the MIAC was created, the agencies that utilize their services, and some of the cases where MIAC has provided successful information in solving crimes. One thing missing from this powerpoint was the hot button issue of Strategic Reports. The powerpoint was filled with examples of “Cattle Theft Intelligence” and the presentation even included a case where a website moderator contacted law enforcement, who then contacted MIAC, who then contacted Lee's Summit Police, who then contacted a school to verify a comment on a website where a child expressed concern about the possibility of his school being attacked. The concern turned out not to be an active plot.

One of the first comments that stood out in the minds of the patriots listening, was from Representative Viebrock. He mentioned “A revolutionary war mentality I'm hearing around the state that needs to be watched.” Shortly after, the questions turned to the Strategic Reports, and it seemed that the longer the discussion went on, the less ashamed the officers defending their organization appeared to be in relation to profiling citizens.

First Col. James Keathley was asked if MIAC still issues Strategic Reports. MIAC apparently is not currently issuing these, and they aren't looking to in the near future, with the current feelings about such reports.

Then the line of questioning turned to future reports. The possibility of future Strategic Reports is not ruled out, but again, are not currently being planned or worked on.

Continued testimony mentioned several times extreme cases of citizen violence on police or the public. Including the shooting of Dr. George Tiller 2 weeks ago, and the shootings at the National Holocaust Museum this very morning. The citing of these extremes as an excuse to “detect and analyze trends” would have been disturbing enough, but the case they really pushed was the shooting of a Missouri Law Enforcement Officer years ago by “A guy that possibly could have been identified by the rhetoric on his bumper stickers.” Questioning from the committee revealed a response that information should always have a criminal predicate.

The first of the public testimony was from LRP's own Catherine. She mentioned various flaws from federal funding, the use of federal agencies through state operations, the direct mention of the Federal Reserve and other “Government Criminals” and who is profiling and studying this criminal activity. She then asked the committee if the “Revolutionary mentality” frightened them more, or that the actions of government has placed people in the position where they feel they need to take that approach frightened them more. She asked about reports that much of the information in the Milita Report came from the Southern Poverty Law Center, a political based influential study group. She also brought up an interesting point on the timing of the creation. It was mentioned earlier that the Militia Report was started in June 2008, upon request (didn't mention who requested it), and compiled by an employee who they were keeping anonymous, an “Iraq Vet.” Catherine pointed out that May 31, 2008 was the state convention in which Ron Paul's state campaign was at odds with the established members of the Missouri Republican Party. Within a month, this document which directly names Ron Paul and Campaign For Liberty begins being drafted by the State, upon request?

The next citizen testimony came from a passionate man who was concerned with state family services and warned of the dangers of targeting those passionate against government intervention in the lives of individuals.

The next public testimony came from the Cole County Sheriff Greg White, Who described himself as an Iraq Veteran, pro-life and pro-second amendment. He advocated for the strategic reports to be reinstated as an active policy, mentioning the need for examining behaviors, and likened the practice to “School personnel studying bad behaviors to find out which students are problem children.”

The final testimony came from myself. I mentioned how nervous the buzzwords of the day had made me. I mentioned the dangers of profiling, The absurdity of comparing a free populous to school children to be studies and dealt with, and how talking about how bumper stickers can change the fight or flight response of a police officer during a public interaction is not always a good thing.

The following day, June 11, KY3 the NBC affiliate in Springfield, MO covered this hearing. They also have a “Political Notebook” blog in which they took segments of Catherine Bleish and Sheriff Greg White's testimony and “pitted” them against each other in all of their coverage. They also had a video of Governor Nixon requesting that the House members not read too much into the MIAC operations.

In this coverage, only the other police testimony is described, not the other citizens who testified against profiling. The testimony shown is shortened, and David Cantanese's twitter posts from the MIAC hearing, one which says “Ron Paul supporter on a diatribe” have conversations traced to a few individuals who are insulting the idea that we wouldn't agree with what police feel they need, one even repeating the guilt by association idea that the Holocaust Museum shooting showed the need to profile “All Fringe Groups”

The reason I bring this last point up, is not to associate KY3 or David Cantanese with those who follow and comment on his Twitter, but to show how guilt by association seems to be the name of the game now.

The night of June 12^th, I managed to catch a report on CNN of “Lone Wolf Extremism” where Anderson Cooper and several “experts” were discussing racist extremist behavior. Statistics and reports from the Southern Poverty Law Center were being cited every few minutes. Every expert during the 20 minutes that I was watching came from either a racial diversity group or from a diversity department of a University. They even had a “former skinhead” who now worked under a diversity group. It was even mentioned that the current dislike for President Obama is fueling racist groups.

Since then, Glenn Beck has associated the Holocaust Museum Shooter with 9/11 protesters, without citing any source.

Keith Olbermann felt the need to mention that someone who worked on the Ron Paul Campaign lives in the same house as the person that the Holocaust Museum Shooter gave a website to.

And a CBS News blogger has written a report calling for “People who spread hate” to be “Rounded up” before “More Holocaust Museum Shootings” happen.

I am not going to be afraid of perceptions. Some will read this and say that I'm reading more into these things or tying random things together or taking things too personally. Let the facts be known in a manner that shows why I feel targeted by media, government, and the attempt to create public perception of hate:

Several media attempts are now being made to tie in grassroots political activists with racist extremism, without citing credible sources.
The MIAC Militia report mixes racist & extremist behaviors with things supported by grassroots political activism
Several attempts are being made to associate dislike for the President's policies with hatred and racism.
The MIAC report, even though the Highway Patrol says that there has to be a “Criminal Predicate” they still specifically listed by name the “End The Fed” rally that was organized by Liberty Restoration Project. If our speech is not being accused of being criminal then why weren't we contacted with information that criminals attended or planned to attend our rally? If we are being accused of being criminals, where is the evidence or the case against us? Or is Freedom and the restoration of Constitutional Principles now considered criminal? Also mentioned were supporters of presidential candidates, and we are not hearing any reports of criminal activity around Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, or Bob Barr. I also would like to know what the film “America: From Freedom to Fascism” has to do with crime.
Not a single person associated with MIAC has been able to answer the “Trends” and validity question with recent examples of extremism tied to the profile in the Militia Report. Every case so far, cited in the report and from members and supporters of MIAC happened years before the Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and Chuck Baldwin campaigns. Years before the release of “America: From Freedom to Fascism” and years before the “End the Fed” rallies. The Holocaust Museum and Dr. Tiller shootings happened after the release of the militia report. Why was there a need for this report in June 2008 when the Militia Report began or February 2009 when it was released?
If we create these organizations to examine and report on criminal trends, I would like to know which other “Trends” that have been reported on. In the Kansas City area our local government has installed several red light cameras because we had a problem with people running red lights. Where is the Red Light Running trend report? A few years back there was several news stories of women attacking pregnant women and cutting babies out of them. Has there been a report on these practices? How about a report on Teachers having sex with students, or religious leaders sexually assaulting children? These are all things we hear about as “Criminal Trends” in our society, are these groups being profiled? How about Governors? With what happened to Former Governor Elliot Spitzer of New York and Former Governor Rod Blagojevich of Illinois, and the recent accusations that Governor Jay Nixon's office was attempting to influence legislators' votes with career advancement opportunities show that Governors can be included in a “Criminal Trend Report”
Why is Governor Jay Nixon flip-flopping on this issue? First he supported the document fully, then he had nothing to do with it and blamed his predecessor, and dealt out punishment, and now he is coming out again asking us not to throw the baby out with the bathwater when it comes to our Highway Patrol profiling us?
Catherine asked in the hearing about Centralization in reference to Knowledge as Power. When the State and Local governments are collaborating with the Federal Government in a program that collects Intel on our state's citizens, is it a general good idea to give power on that level upwards in the chain? Is the Department of Homeland Security using the information gathered by local governments? If so, are they using it to database and compile profiles on whole segments of local populations, or profiles on innocent individuals?
The media and government commentary on “Hate crime” and “Hate speech” never define the terminology of these phrases. When they do discuss “Hate” they never make a calculated examination of what should be protected under the First Amendment and what should be watched and controlled. They appear to cast a wide net that seems to include all controversial speech that they do not agree with.

Cointelpro was a program spying on Civil Rights activists. It was profiling and intelligence. I did not agree when our government targeted these Civil Rights activists. While I agree with closing the borders, I did not agree with our government targeting Latinos that are already here. After 9/11 I did not agree with the wish of some to profile middle easterners and members of the Muslim religion.

One of the key backbones to our society is Innocence until proven guilty. Justice must remain blind. If you didn't agree when the media said that “anti-war supports terrorists” then please don't buy into the current feeling being portrayed that “conservative ideals and activism supports racists and extremism.”

If you live in Missouri, it is your duty to keep an eye out for the Missouri House of Representatives Website for the upcoming roaming committee town hall hearings on the MIAC center and try to make it to one near your area and defend free speech and the freedom to associate without being guilty by association.

Timeline: Liberty Restoration Project and the Missouri Information Analysis Center Militia Report

Tomorrow, June 10, 2009 The Missouri State House of Representatives begins an investigation into the practices of the Missouri Information Analysis Center. Liberty Restoration Project plans to be there.

We have compiled a short timeline of our actions concerning the "Modern Militia Report" to submit.

We are also currently working to get the fees taken care of to pay for the documents issued through our sunshine request.

I'm noticing more and more in my every day paradigm breaking that there seems to be a syndrome of people who try to tie in every legitimate concern with illegitimacy to discredit the processes of life and life's information.

I call this the "Boy who cried wolf" syndrome. Lets examine the classic children's fable:

The protagonist of the fable is a bored shepherd boy who entertained himself by calling out "Wolf!". The moral is stated at the end of the fable as:

They boy cried "Wolf" over and over again, with illegitimate reasons. The townspeople got tired of being alerted for no reason, and let him get eaten alive.

The 10th Amendment
Regardless of what you think of the Civil War and its reasoning, what we're expected by the mainstream to take away from Civil War Studies is that the Southern States were trying to use the 10th Amendment to justify what they felt was a legitimate practice, in violating the rest of the Bill of Rights of certain individuals. The 13th and the 14th Amendment was ratified thanks to STATES RIGHTS to amend the constitution.

Ever since then, 10th Amendment discussion has been based mostly on Abortion Law.

There is now a movement to re-assert 10th Amendment rights of the States. We are not being taken seriously.

Shortly after 5:00pm on Wednesday May 13, 2009, the Missouri State Senate took a vote on HB 361 to repeal the Federal Real ID Act.

After about an hour of interesting debate, that ranged from unfunded federal mandates, to constitutional infringements, to the political courage of the federal level government’s unwillingness to make it’s own Identification Card, to Senator Purgason’s recently deceased mule, the Senate passed the repeal bill unanimously 32-0.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO PREVENT DANGEROUS INTERPRETATION OF MISSOURI GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS

Public outrage of the MIAC report seems to be growing. And while many, including myself, have offered their interpretations of problems with the document, I feel that there seems to be a lack of communication on how to improve relations between the Missouri Government and the Public.

The recent problems with public perception of the MIAC report on the Modern Militia Movement do not end at simple misinterpretation. It is the beliefs of many that misinterpretations can be avoided by the inclusion of carefully structured language or the lack of inclusion of information and language that could obviously be misinterpreted.

It is also believed that the intent of the MIAC report is to target skeptics or small government activism. By nature, those who hold these beliefs will continue to view this incident in a negative light. The State of Missouri could utilize this incident to re-affirm its commitment to Constitutionally Lawful Activity within the state which could de-escalate skepticism and prevent further radicalization of individuals with Constitutional Concerns about Missouri Law Enforcement. The following are recommended actions for the State.

*The State of Missouri should issue a public apology, affirming that it is aware of differences between Individual Free Speech, Political Action Groups or Political Parties, and the activities of Political Paramilitary Radicals.

*The State of Missouri should firmly define “Militia” in compliance with the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America and affirms that the term “Militia” does NOT refer to Political Paramilitary Radicals or Political Activism.

*The term “Militia” should refer to the freedom of individual residents of the state to willingly organize, prepare, and be able to aid in times of emergency or war.

*Future informative reports for State Law Enforcement should refrain from over-generalized use of proper names of individuals, organizations, media, and affiliations. When absolutely necessary this type of profiling should ONLY be used to identify sources, targets, or primary first person connections to those entities.

*State of Missouri officials publicly acknowledge the First and Second Amendment rights to Free Speech, Assembly, and Militia, and that these rights as documented in the Constitution are given by an individual's Creator and shall not be infringed by institutions.

*Require every individual employed or contracted by a State Law Enforcement Agency to swear and adhere to the same Oath to the Constitution of the United States that current Missouri Highway Patrol swear to.

*A document be issued to every law enforcement agency that received the 02/20/2009 “The Modern Militia Movement” from the Missouri Highway Patrol or the Missouri Information Analysis Center, clarifying that personal political opinion is NOT sufficient reason to suspect radicalism or violence.

*Future “profile” reports provide the following : sources of documentation, sources of images, encouragement for the reader to research the documented descriptions independently, and a disclaimer that the information is not to be used in violation of the law. (similar disclaimers to those on offender databases)

*Examples provided in reports clarify beyond the term “Arrested” when individuals have been convicted of a crime and when they have not.

im really kinda nervous about writing a blog because i dont feel like my opinion should mean any more than someone elses. with that being said i would like to share a website with you that is startling to say the least. its www.myamericalives.com. i think as the people whose country this is we have a right to know the truth. whether you are a liberal(uggh) a liberatarian, or conservative there is no argueing that we are lucky and blessed to have this place to call our home. it truely saddens me to hear the way people talk about this country. it infuriates me to watch us time after time year after year put these corrupt,power hungry,bought and paid for puppets in charge of that which we take for granted every single day and then we complain about it while they suck us dry with overtaxation and over-regulation of our small businesses and our corporations in order to fund their own agendas wether they are in americas best interests or not. we have allowed our public servants to become elitists. we complain about the best healthcare in the world. people from everywhere travel here daily for our doctors and hospitals. we complain about taxes when we allow welfare to be abused to the extent it is,when we allow the government to keep growing and spending more of our money. we allow people to come here without going through the same process our families had to go through in order to be a citizen of this country. they take from the system and reap the benefits of the system without being a part of it. DISCLAIMER: The following is My individual interpretation of the controversy surrounding the recent MIAC Report. It in no way is meant to speak for others within the movement or Liberty Restoration Project. In recent days, Officer Holz has repeatedly said that people are overreacting. I would like to offer the following critiques as my testimonial to the danger of propaganda disguised as police informational reports.

The Missouri Information Analysis Center's February 20, 2009 strategic report titled “The Modern Militia Movement” is a blatantly poor attempt to divide the loving people of Missouri against each other. My response is that a true criminal cares not about constitutional law. A true Terrorist cares nothing of peace. All across America people ask for equal rights and protections under the law, and one by one various groups of persons have been singled out for their differences. The true Constitutional liberty movement sees no race, gender, or political affiliation. Yet, according to the MIAC/MHP those who speak freedom the loudest are the ones who need their freedoms taken.

This report is nothing more than a propaganda tool meant to drive police to view the Militia and Constitutional Government Advocates as enemies of the state. While I am not speaking for others who would call their selves Patriots, I do have a straight forward view on the opinions expressed by members of the movement. I felt the need to take a common sense examination of this document from a Patriotic perspective.

The first myth I would like to address is that this movement is Anti-Government or Anti-Police. And specifically the portion under the heading - Implications for Law Enforcement: “You are the Enemy.” While there is a minority of persons who do walk a fine line in their rhetoric and actions, and there are cases where people take things too far, I would argue that there is almost no demographic within society where extremists, criminals, thieves, and killers do not exist. On the contrary, I argue that many within our movement are not Anti-Government or Anti-Police, but instead are Anti-Tyranny, and even those with the most extreme perspectives on these issues do not act out of blind hatred for government, but out of shock at the actions of those in power. Instead, most Patriots would love to network with Police Officers, National Guard, and members of the Armed Forces. We would like to educate you on the constitutional fundamentals of the country and aid you in your duties while educating you on how to perform your functions in a manor that adheres to your constitutional oaths and does not infringe on the unalienable rights of the people in the communities in which you serve. A Police Officer, Government Official, or Military Person who acts out of love and protection for the things that they love is a patriot's best friend.

Even in most cases where violence is discussed, the point of view is usually one of mutually assured destruction. Never fire unless fired upon and only in self defense do you aim a weapon at a person. It was John F. Kennedy who said “When you make peaceful revolution impossible, you make violent revolution inevitable.” If someone is afraid of the possibility of Patriots acting out of fear, the best approach would be to not incite fear and always attempt a peaceful resolution first. Essentially, I view this document as a memo saying “Look these people are afraid of government! Be afraid of them!”

Where does the fear end and the cooperation and love begin? I would certainly hope that the first step is education. One problem I see with this document is that it makes claims that are spun to incite a certain type of response.

For example, the examples given of terror-type activity by the militia movement is laden with “were plotting” and “were planning.” I'm not attempting to trivialize possible threats to the safety of human lives here, but unless the planning phase begins being put into action, such as the other examples given of actual explosives, then the threat is not realized, and therefore no violent action is truly being put into production.

Other examples given describe the persons as being “arrested” or “charged” for weapons or violence. Not once is the word “Convicted” used. I have not researched all of the cases given, and I'm sure most have been convicted of some crime, however, recent use of the words “Arrested” and “Charged” have been propagandized to assume guilt. We live in a nation where anyone who has seen the TV show “Cops” knows, people are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The next thing I'd like to address is not what this document says, but what it does not say. It lists several “motivators,” with very little connection to why a Patriot would fear such things, often using the term “Conspiracy theory” with little background on these issues to determine if any information is relevant enough to warrant legitimate fear of these issues.

Two of these are the Ammunition Accountability Act and the implantable microchip. Both are identification tracking devices used to assign an object and number to a person. The implantable microchip exists, you can find this information easily on the Internet by searching for “Verichip.” After the Real ID act passed into law, we see a government that seems to be striving for digital and bio-metric identification and the databases in which to store this information. When these databases are used for every-day activity, one can see a scenario where that type of information becomes increasingly valuable, which means both a more appealing prize for criminals to attempt to obtain, and a possibility to simply “turn off” someone's ability to function in a society controlled by account numbers and databases.

The other instances where concerns are blamed on “Theories” The New World Order, The North American Union, and Universal Service are incorrectly attributed to this movement in this document. Again, a little research reveals that it is not the patriot movement coining these terms and predicting these events. A google news search for “New World Order” nets thousands of mainstream news sources. As far as a Global Conspiracy goes, one can do a google search for “David Rockafeller, Zbignew Brzezinski, and Henry Kissinger” examine who they associate with, think tanks they are part of, and you decide if you believe they are advocating global decisions to supersede the US Constitutional government sovereignty.

A youtube search for “Rahm Emanuel Service” will get you the video where he describes every person's duty to serve in order to pay the country back for citizenship. A youtube search for former Mexican President “Vincente Fox Union” will display videos where he doesn't simply describe a NAU, he says it WILL happen.

When patriots discuss these things, they do not simply make them up as a boogeyman to fear. They do so because these world leaders have discussed these concerns publicly, and when pressed for more information about these subjects, government has either denied, hidden, or changed the talking points of these concerns.

When something happens, and a person has seen it, and officials deny it ever happened and call the person a crazy conspiracy theorist, how do you expect those people to act? When a person is distrustful of government, it is not always out of hate and fear. Sometimes there is legitimate concern upon realization that so much of what has made this country great and strong for over two centuries by those who we have entrusted to preserve, protect, and defend those institutions.

Finally, I would like to address this view of the Militia as militant right wing terrorists. The spirit of the militia is every able bodied person being prepared to help their community in times of war on the homeland or crisis. Every able bodied person, from your militant right winger to your local shop owner with a small pistol, to the average young lady who learns martial arts to defend herself in the parking lot at night.

True militia, true constitutionalism goes beyond group activities, goes beyond race, beyond gender, beyond sexual preference, beyond political belief or affiliation. Please see through this divisive hate speech document and understand why the Ron Paul revolution logo highlighted “L-O-V-E” in revolution, because a revolution can only be based on love. Real change can not happen from the barrel of a gun, but from education of the peaceful ways of life and guidance through the hard times. This goes for both Police and Militia. Embrace freedom and love as your guidance and you will never have to fear these “us & them” perceptions like what MIAC have tried to sell here. The only terrorists involved here are those who would tell cops to fear us and spread fear and divisiveness knowing that such public documents would also work to make patriots fear cops pitting both against each other. I beg that anyone involved would not alter their behavior based upon a document so obviously based on lies and allusions to guilt by association.

MISSOURI LIBERTY GROUP RESPONDS TO MIAC MILITIA REPORT

The Liberty Restoration Project (www.libertyretorationproject.org), a Kansas City-based political education organization has begun to implement a strategy in response to a Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) Strategic Report on the modern militia movement. The report, released February 20th, suggests that bumper stickers and publications showing support for Ron Paul, the Libertarian Party, the Campaign for Liberty, and other aspects of the Freedom Movement may be “political paraphernalia” used by members of radical militia groups. The report also considers anti-abortion signage, documentaries such as Freedom to Fascism, the Gadsden Flag, and signage critical of the Federal Reserve Bank to be “propaganda” and possible indications of paramilitary extremism.
The Liberty Restoration Project (LRP) has announced a five-part strategy to face the implications of the MIAC report:
1. SUNSHINE/FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUESTS: On Monday, March 16th, requests for documents, emails, publications and multimedia used as sources for the MIAC Report were made under the Sunshine Law in Missouri by members of LRP. These requests for developmental resources and information were hand-delivered to Governor Nixon, the State Highway Patrol, the Missouri Office of Homeland Security, and the Department of Public Safety.
2. THE MISSOURI LEGISLATURE: On Wednesday, March 18th an email blast and phone bank campaign will be launched to Missouri legislative representatives to make them aware of the Sunshine Law requests and to provide the MIAC information and to ask for an investigation. Once the Legislature is back in session (March 23rd), representatives of LRP, Campaign for Liberty, and other participants in the Freedom Movement will lobby legislators in person in Jefferson City.
3. MONEY TALKS: Working with Restore the Republic, Kansas City activists will begin strategic communication with the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and the Missouri Tourism Council. They will be notifying them of the intent to deter tourism and travel to Missouri until a retraction is made by Governor Nixon.
4. PUBLIC RELATIONS: Members of the Liberty Restoration Project will be releasing Letters to the Editor and Opinion Articles once the Governor and other agencies have had three days to reply to the Sunshine requests. The editorials will be sent to all newsprint and news media in Missouri.
5. A CALL TO JOIN US AND CONTINUE THE WORK: We in the Freedom Movement must continue the message. We have nothing to hide and nothing to fear – it is the ones who wrote the MIAC report that fear the Freedom Message. The Campaign for Liberty Regional Conference must sell out and get media attention and the Kansas City Monopoly March (End the FED II) on April 25th could be the biggest in the nation!

While the inclusion of our political movement may be a benign mistake in the intent of the MIAC report, the suggestion that criticism of government policy, a political philosophy outside of mainstream party design, and liberal activism is akin to terrorism must be revealed and abolished in its earliest stages. I happened to see this exchange in person, as I was in Jeff City testifying on ANOTHER 10th amendment bill. This bill being discussed here, I testified on last week, and they just happened to be debating it while we were there.

JEFFERSON CITY | A Missouri House member apologizes for any offense caused when he referred to the Civil War as the “War of Northern Aggression.”

The comment from Bryan Stevenson came during debate Tuesday on a resolution urging federal leaders to oppose an abortion proposal that could overrule many state-level restrictions.

The Republican from the southwest Missouri town of Webb City said it would be the “greatest power grab by the federal government since the War of Northern Aggression.”

The remark prompted House member Don Calloway, a Democrat from St. Louis, to request an apology. Calloway, who is black, said the Civil War restored the union and freed the slaves and it’s inappropriate to call it “Northern aggression.”

Stevenson responded that he is “sincerely apologetic for any offense my comment made.”

The House didn’t vote on the abortion resolution.

Okay....First off...this was NOT an "Abortion" resolution. It was a resolution for Missouri to affirm the right to make its own Abortion laws, and preemptively reject federal passage of the Freedom of Choice Act. In other words, Missouri affirming its sovereignty under the 10th Amendment.

Secondly, Rep Calloway did not seem to understand the above, as he was ruled against the rules of the House for attempting to introduce non-related amendments to the bill concerning family planning.

Third, Rep Stevenson made the miscalculated comment during a three-minute long passionate emotional speech on State Sovereignty, Constitutional Rights, and the Federal Government being a creation of the states.

Lastly, it IS the thought of many, that if you were in Missouri during the civil war, that the War's entry into Missouri was Northern Aggression. The demanded apology, was received...but he apologized not for the comment, but for the way his comment was received. (As soon as the comment was made, many house members screamed "OHHH")

When Revolutionaries visit the General Assembly

Members of Kansas City's Liberty Restoration Project arrived in Jefferson City just seconds before the 8:00a.m. Special committee on families meeting. Several persons were hoping to view a debate on abortion issues. However, one clause in HR 212 derailed the debate. LRP was hoping to state our case.

It was not our case to make, however, it was the case of the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. It was the case of the sovereignty of the state of Missouri to stand superior in the creation of laws within its borders. It was something that I personally felt that Missouri Legislators should look at as job security.

This is exactly what I had testified to during my few moments to speak to the house committee. When the federal government can overturn state laws at their every whim, why even have a body to make state laws?

The opposition to the bill, argued the normal Abortion rights issues, and argued that this bill seemed to be in opposition to a bill on the Federal level that had not been presented yet. They argued that Missouri's laws were not in immediate danger, and that even if the Federal government overstepped their bounds, that these issues would be determined by the courts, as women's health issues.

Again, The Constitution does not allow for multiple legislative bodies to be equals in conflict, with the courts deciding which differences are sovereign based on an individual's rights. This would be legislating from the court bench.

Also, the opposition offered an interpretation of the tenth amendment that focused on the last part of it. "Amendment X : The powers not delegated to the United States by the constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." They focused on a claim that the rights of a sovereign person are superior to the state. (assuming they mean the right to choose an Abortion is a person's right first, superseding bodies of established government.) The question here is, How does a sovereign individual make a law? Through petitioning, and changing of the body of laws through a vote or through petitioning their elected representatives in State or Federal government.

The issue is not whether the "Freedom of Choice Act" or similar legislation becomes law in Missouri, the issue is whether the law is passed by the US Congress or the Missouri General Assembly (or the courts if you happen to agree with those who were in opposition to this legislation). We are a Republic. That means that even the voices not in the majority should have a say in the laws imposed on them. This is why we have state government. The United States may be one large body, but the insurance of freedom is dependent on different sections of the population being able to live under their own sets of values. What works for south-central Los Angeles might not work in rural Missouri. This is why it is clearly defined in the United States Constitution that it is a right of the state to decide how to proceed with dealing with these issues.

After the committee hearing on this bill, the members of Liberty Restoration Project were introduced on the floor of the General Assembly as special guests of Representative Cynthia Davis of District 19 - St. Charles County. Then we spoke with Representative Jim Guest momentarily, as the session began, before we went to some offices to request meetings with our own district officials.

The whole day was very exhilarating to see in person the types of debates that go on in the halls of government, however, the brightest point for this activist did not happen inside the capitol building, but outside as we were leaving. There were protesters outside holding signs. One of them said "Tell Barack to get his peace on!" That is a federal government issue I can get behind!

Propaganda, Persuasion, and Paradigms - National Freedom Day and Communication as a Patriot

This was supposed to be a blog about the street action that Liberty Restoration Project had over the past weekend. We spent two days handing out constitutions, fliers, and "Freedom to Fascism" DVDs on the main corners in the Westport area of Kansas City. However, It is very difficult for me to describe an experience in terms that will provide someone with enlightened ways to view the world around them. A day handing out materials is not very unique, and I think the more important thing to examine are the unique details of a particular event.

The last time I'd done flier handouts, I found myself in two arguments. One was from a self-described liberal, who asked what my issue was. When I replied "I want to see the government return to the Constitution." His response was: "Even the part about Promoting General Welfare?" I didn't have much time to really discuss things with him, but he did mention how he felt the need for the income tax and the Federal Reserve Bank as tools of taking care of fellow citizens who suffer. I got distracted by someone else who ran up and asked me things, and he took off. I wish I could have had more time to engage him in discussion, because he was receptive.

The second person who argued with me was a self-described conservative. (I use the adjective self-described, because I do not believe in the left-right paradigm, and I find flaws in the overall terms in relation to the details and descriptions in what the two sides actually believe.) She had stopped and wanted me to wait for her to read along and answer questions for me. She immediately questioned my position as a "Free-Market Conservative" because of the language of the flier was pointing out the absurdities in centralized business. Before she threw the materials back at me and into my box of fliers, she made the comment "You call yourself a Capitalist, and yet you are against the banking structure?" and then she stormed off....

So here we have both sides of the left-right paradigm both turning off the freedom message at the exact moment that the superiority of the central bank is questioned. Now, the role of the central bank and taxable wages are outlined in the Communist Manifesto, which is widely viewed as very opposite to our form of a Republic.

But, I've digressed. This column, again, is supposed to be about this more recent street action. Reception of the public, is always viewed as critical to the freedom movement. This is why I've focused so much on the examples above. Over the past weekend, however, I focused much of the theme of the day on the holiday. National Freedom Day. I quickly seen what that term does to people. Everyone wants to participate in freedom.

"Happy National Freedom Day, Would you like to celebrate with a free pocket constitution or a movie about the income tax?" How many people do you think would say "no" to that question? Actually, more people than I thought did refuse a constitution.

Most of the street action I've done so far has been handing out constitutions, and the people who say "no" usually give one of a few different responses. "I have it memorized" "I already have one" "I'm a foreigner"

And then there is my favorite....which I've gotten this response from both people who do not want one, and from people who accept one with gratitude. "I'm a Teacher." I assume those who don't want one, wish to make me think that because they are a teacher, they know enough about the constitution and do not need a pocket version. Those who do take one, seem to be honestly interested in the fliers and other materials I hand out with the constitutions, and act so encouraging, that I wonder if they ever talk about freedom with their students.

My wife noticed another common thread of responses...The Cynical Response. It often comes from those who know that we have a problem with the constitution, but don't seem to want to do a whole lot about it. The Cynical Response is intended to be a joke, one that is both intended to relate to our cause, and insult our intelligence in just a few phrases. "Which Constitution is that?? The new one or the old one?" So then we try to mention something about the United States of America, 1787 and founding fathers etc. and the reply is.... "Good Luck, that thing doesn't exist any more" as they snicker and leave.

On Saturday, we ran into a few fellow patriot types, who engaged us in a discussion. They quickly became rallied into an excited frenzy seeing us out there, and started feeling insulted when members of the public did not wish to take a constitution.

Sunday was a pretty slow day, Bryon Huber wound up being the only person in the group who really got into a discussion on relevant topics. I'm hoping that the reason for a day with no conflicting paradigms, was that the kind of people who would be hanging out in Westport on National Freedom Day a.k.a. Super Bowl Sunday, are the kind of people who will accept information and paradigms as opposed to looking for a fight.

Which brings me to the holiday. Many people have never heard of National Freedom Day. I must admit, that I'd never consciously known about it before 2009. Apparently, National Freedom Day was created by President Harry S. Truman. There was a movement at the time to create a holiday to celebrate the freedom of former slaves. President Truman took the idea one step further and created a holiday to celebrate the freedom of everyone under our form of government. National Freedom Day may be over, however, my hope is that anyone reading this will take that spirit to heart deep into this 21^st century.

So often the centralization I spoke of earlier, masquerades as real choice and competition. It is my opinion that true free market capitalism must incorporate some sort of competition or it becomes almost monopolistic. Monopolies are one step away from having one national business in a sector, and once a market is nationalized, it is said to be communist/socialist and slowly our "freedom" is losing out to "the way things are done."

You see standardization can free a society, by allowing the people to be on the same page, or standardization can enslave a society by allowing those at the top to control exactly how a particular product can be used.

Please think about your freedom of choice when it comes to what is important in your life. Don't be buffaloed or fooled into false choices. The Fruit Upon The Tree Of Liberty Shall Not Be Bitter

There are those in the liberty movement who choose to resort to infighting and attacks.

I beg you to pick your battles wisely. There are always going to be people we don't agree with in the movement, but when we focus our attention on them we begin to lose sight of our own goals.

The truth will always rise through the lies, so focus on the truth not the lie.

You don't like someone? Ignore them. This movement is not about playing politics with each other and jockeying for position in a cult of personality or hero worship.

Also cast no stone lest ye be impervious to blunt damage.

The issue I have with many in the old guard in the movement is this back room mentality that by mere discussion of the issues on the internet or in a back room is somehow fighting the centralized globalists. You are doing nothing but preaching to the converted and hiding from the real battles and you are cowardly.

I ask those in the movement to put up or shut up. If you have a problem with fellow patriots, then do them one better and start doing something to advance your own revolutionary causes.

Never be afraid of the truth, more importantly, never be afraid of the lies. Hit the streets, hit up your elected officials, and start changing some paradigms.

I know that this article seems hypocritical, however I would hope that those who may feel it is relevant would look at it more as a call for us to work positively together than an "attack" on a paradigm.

For the record, this isn't directed at any one person. I've heard from about 10 of the people described in this blog over the past 2 weeks. And frankly I'm sick of the hypocrisy of people who claim to be above the brainwashing and play these popularity games as if life was a goddamn reality show on VH1. You're not helping anything, you make us all look petty. So do the world a favor and go worship something else like the rest of the brainwashed sports/drama nuts. This isn't your football game or an episode of who wants to fight the new world order.

Thank you for the telephone town hall.

My concern, as always, with a bill like this, concerning loans and the banking sector, is that the problems created by the inherent natures of the services of the banking industry.

In Obama's Inauguration speech, he mentioned foreign leadership being judged by what they create, not what they destroy. I would hope that we can apply this litmus test here at home.

What the banking sector does create is Debt and Inflation. Both are very destructive. While I appreciate the need for the services a banking industry provide, and the need for investment, especially in a financially unstable time, I fear what can happen when Fractional Reserve Banking is not placed in check, but instead is encouraged through these government spending programs that essentially feed money to the banks that caused this issue.

We blame the subprime mortgage industry and the debt securitization being packaged into these bundles for the problem. But the banks can only profit when new lending is had. My fear is that the offered solutions to this problem will cause any government and taxpayer funds to wind up in the hands of the banking sector and a new bubble will be created through the encouragement of new lending.

That money, when created, will cause inflation, then filtered through the Fractional Reserve Banking time and time again, using this money to create more...and more inflation arrives....

All the while leaving taxpayers with the bill with one edge of the sword, and the borrower with the bill with the other edge.

I see the businesses, taxpayers, and other borrowers who pay their loans and taxes faithfully having to pay for these government packages multiple times over. First through paying back their loans, then through taxes, then through interest on the debts both public and private, then through interest on the exponential creation of dollars through the banking sector.

I hardly see how borrowing more money to create more investment opportunities (debt opportunities) could outweigh these negatives.

Please, Congressman, I urge you to take an aggressive stance on the Inflation and Debt problems that become the roots of these bubbles.

I say the roots, because we only need to ask ourselves how someone could encapture theirself insubprime loans with the inability to pay....My argument would be the rise in living costs.

We're often given GDP and the Consumer Price Index as economic indicators. The consumer Price Index is a joke, when determining living expenses of the country because it doesn't address the basic fundamental costs of living.

First, loans (interest rates) are excluded from the CPI, so one's own housing, transportation, and educational costs are not accurately configured.

Secondly, Government Subsidized Programs (taxes) are excluded from the CPI, so public transportation, food, utilities and other tax-subidized programs aren't accurately figured in as costs to the taxpayer in the CPI

Third, and this is the most important, our trade deficit. When a job goes overseas, the cost goes down, yet, the person performing that job, has a chance, to find other employment. Usually as our manufacturing sector whittles away, that next job winds up in the service sector.

While services have value, wealth is determined in tangible assets. When we do not create these tangible assets here at home, the real wealth goes out of the country. So while the price of a particular good may go down when manufactured overseas, the CPI fails to address the fact that there are other built in costs to money leaving the country.

This is why the United States borrows so much foreign debt. This is money we have willingly seized to foreign manufacturing through our trade deficit. Foreign nations profit off of our consumerism, then loan that money back to us.

Please ponder this one question before you respond....What happens when an entire country defaults on its loans?

Globalism or Patriotic Sovereignty?

It's now 2009, a year that promises change on a grand scale, worldwide. As we enter this new year, it could be a time to reflect on mistakes past, instead, maybe we should look at possible mistakes to come. I know you are probably a
very busy person, but I hope you can take a short time out of the next year to become involved in being independent in your own life.

Many persons believe that many of our problems come from big business acting outside of the interests of the people. Others blame government, whether through failures in bureaucracy, flat out ignorance between the highest forms of
government and the needs of the populous, or even designed greed and inability to care. Other people blame the citizens for sitting by and allowing control structures to seize power when the people could be taking care of each other and their selves.

No matter what you believe the root problems are, we can still turn the direction of these problems around, if we keep looking into the problems. Do you sometimes have thoughts that you think others will dismiss as “crazy?” Big
banks received a large amount of taxpayer dollars, and the credit market did not improve. When this bill was passed, it was passed in under a week. The final version was written mere days before the final vote. Is it the banks or is it the politicians we should be mad at?

The intent of this paper is not meant to tell you what to be angry at, Instead, the hope is that you understand that some of the things around you, that you have grown to trust, may not be as honorable as you would hope, and hopefully you educate yourself on the structures of society around you, so that you can allow yourself the true freedom of educated choice that truth brings.

Are you aware that most of the television stations on American Cable and Satellite networks are owned by the same 5-6 corporate companies? Last summer you probably watched the Olympic Games spread across many channels owned by NBC Universal, a Subsidiary of General Electric. On New Year's Eve, 19 channels (including MTV, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon) were in danger of being shutdown by many cable networks due to contract problems with CBS
Parent company Viacom.

Many of these companies receive their advertising from the same food companies, drug companies, and financial services companies. These same companies have news divisions that rely heavily on their access to politicians.

These same news divisions own many of the newspapers across the country. Do you trust that you're being told the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, from the media, when it comes to the politicians and corporations, and the media needs their support just to exist?

There is a term for these “Elites” cooperating with each other. It is a term, thought of mostly as a conspiracy theory, yet used by many politicians. It's called a New World Order. They operate on the basis that old forms of society and
diplomacy need to change to allow for the inclusion of everyone's rights. It is irrelevant if you believe in the conspiracy, just ask yourself if you can feed yourself better than a CEO from Pepsi-Co or Monsanto Corporation.

Luckily, in the Kansas City area, we have many patriots who are knowledgeable about the structures around us, and are politically active enough to do something about it. You don't have to be politically active to ask questions, about any issue that you feel is important.

The Patriot Movement, are people who have pledged their allegiance to the United States, and the constitution that forms the backbone of our nation.

A country is essentially three things: A land mass with borders, A constitution (or
form of governing within that land mass) and an economy (or social structure of providing for the population)

True patriotism believes in national sovereignty and rejecting anything that would be an abuse of those three things. The number one assault to these things is Globalism. Nobody is denying that we live in a more global society in
current times, and that we should strive for global peace, social justice, and economic prosperity worldwide.

What we argue, is that our constitution was written to form a more perfect Union, where All men are created equal, with unalienable rights. And that the constitution protects those rights, and we should respect that above all, because as long as we remain free, we can still be of help to our fellow people around the world. If we let ourselves believe that helping others is more important
than remaining free, we run the risk of becoming as oppressed and starving as those we are trying to help.

SOME STEPS you can do to educate yourself on being a sovereign person and ensuring that the USA remains a sovereign nation: (even if you can only do a small portion of this list, it is a great duty.)
● Read and re-read the constitution regularly, checking if newsworthy government action is constitutional.
● Teach your children about the Revolutionary War, The Constitution, The Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, and how elections work.
● Take time to seek out some of these patriots and action groups in the area. You can find them on http://www.meetup.com and other social networking sites like Facebook and Myspace.
● Seek out alternative media such as public radio, or Internet radio, or Internet documentaries. (“America: Freedom to Fascism,” “The High Cost of Low Prices,” “Hacking Democracy,”and “The World According to Monsanto” are four good examples, free on http://video.google.com)
● Take time to Google the following terms “Real ID, NAIS, Military Industrial Complex, End the Fed, Prison Industrial Complex, New World Order, False Left Right Paradigm, Verichip, Black Box Voting, Carbon Tax, NAU, Amero, SPP, Codex Elementarius .”
● Learn what Inflation, Fractional Reserve Banking, and Fiat Currency mean and how the three relate to each other, and how they relate to prices you pay for goods and services. (and further how government, and banks work together to dilute wealth in the country)
● Don't completely dismiss ideas that you think are crazy, as they may contain a shred of knowledge you could agree with.
● Engage your neighbors, friends, and family in political discussions. Ask questions on issues that concern you to anyone you think might know more than you.
● Before you take ANY medication, especially Vaccines, please research them on the Internet.
● Try to understand the processes that your food is made prior to your purchase, including additives. Many of these are not specifically listed on the label. (like Aspartame, RBGH, and other GMO.)
● Buy from small shops and farms (farmers markets) whenever possible, to support your fellow citizen and not gigantic global corporations.
● Always understand that anything you can do to support yourself takes control of your life away from others.
● Try to work out alternatives to “The grid” (this includes Electricity, Water, Gas, etc.)
● Try to work out support alternatives (food, water, fuel, money)
● Remember campaign promises of your politicians, and hold them accountable for dangerous rhetoric or actions.
● Check Wikipedia when a country makes the news for a conflict to see if that country has Nuclear Weapons, is supported by the US and UK, or has UN Veto or Security Council seats.
● BECOME ACTIVE, whatever you learn, use your constitutional rights to speak out, protest, and petition about the problems you see in our world. (Watch for protests and petitions to join. Call and write to media and your representatives in government. Go to city council, county, or state legislature meetings.)
● Run for office. Don't feel qualified? Do you feel like you're more honest than most lawyers and politicians who run in most elections?
● Vote your principals, not a strategy. Make sure you vote in EVERY ELECTION, and that you educate yourself on the candidates as much as possible, and ALWAYS REMEMBER: The lesser evil is still evil. Any incremental tyranny
is still a progression of tyranny.
● Copy “free” DVDs, Fliers, and other important info to distribute.

HELP BOYCOTT CENSORSHIP NO GOOGLE, YOUTUBE OR GMAIL FROM 12/19-12/21
Google Services uses "Popularity" and censorship as tools to decide what is acceptable speech. Then uses algorithms to "change" the "ratings" of certain content to "reduce its popularity" and sometimes outright blocks the ability for content to be shared.
Youtube is also starting to implement guidelines of the unconstitutionally dangerous (to free speech) "Homegrown Terrorism and Violent Radicalization Act" BEFORE the senate even passes it.

Please help show Google that their profits are determined by our choice to use them as a distribution tool for OUR CONTENT and participate in the OURTUBE YOUTUBE BLACKOUT this weekend by not signing in or using ANY GOOGLE SERVICES NETWORKS UNTIL MONDAY

This guy is outrageous, but it's hard to argue with his points.

Friday morning, a man was trampled to death trying to open a Wal*Mart in New York. The death was shocking enough, but what one employee told news reporters nearly made me cry for the state of our society. “When they were saying they had to leave, that an employee got killed, people were yelling ‘I’ve been on line since yesterday morning,’ ” she said. “They kept shopping. It’s not right. They’re savages.”

Yes you read right....A man died...they kept shopping.

At a Wal*Mart in Columbus, OH a woman jumped on a man's back and began beating on him screaming "That's MY TV!!!" when she noticed a TV she had was in his shopping basket.

At a Wal-Mart in Niles, Ill., a mother fought back tears when she discovered someone had taken her shopping cart filled with toys.

United Food and Commercial Workers Union leader Bruce Both has come out and said that the trampling death in New York was preventable. Police said that the store may not have had enough security.

Wal*Mart as usual, defended theirselves by stating that the store had hired temporary help and security guards to accomidate the increased crowd.

The question I have, is why weren't they guarding the front door when the store was opening?

I've always been a vocal critic of Wal*Mart, because I don't believe their business practices honor the principals of a free market. They force their laborers in China to pay for housing, so they pretty much force housing on them. They undercut American manufacturing jobs by opening plants wherever you can find cheap sub-American labor practices.

They fight unionization tooth and nail, and urge their employees to take government aid. They offer low quality goods at a price that eliminates the spirit of competition. The reason they have low prices is the tax subsidies they receive and their labor practices.

However, in a time in this country where more people vote for American Idol than vote for their government officials, is it a wonder that "Black Friday" has become a mindless mass of human rage?

I wonder how much Credit Card debt was created on "Black Friday"

"Black Friday" is known as the day when retail stores intend to "Go into the black" and report growth in profits for the year.

I would argue that it's not a retail holiday, but a bankers' holiday. To think that we're smack in the middle of a Recession, with a great depression staring us down, and people are still getting violent over cheap foreign toys and electronics. Those banks that issue those monthly Visa and Mastercard statements must be smiling.

When will we learn that our consumer society is tearing us apart. After reading about the trample death, I thought to myself, "How many opportunities were there for ONE PERSON of the mass to realize that there is a human there and push everyone out of the way and help the guy up before he was dead?"

If you were up at 4 AM on friday burning a half a tank of gas to sandwich through the traffic jams and stand shoulder to shoulder through lines to put foreign goods on plastic money, I pray for you today.

Revolutions do NOT start on your couch

I'm taking this time to call out my fellow man. I did not see many familiar faces (from my own dealings) at the End The Fed rally. I'm sure there are several excuses as to why someone would not show up, but frankly, I'm not trying to hear it.

I slept approximately 6 hours between last Thursday afternoon and Sunday afternoon. I worked three 8 hour shifts. I walked from the Fed to the IRS building and back twice. Had my son with me, and nearly lost my laptop computer. And strained my voice screaming "End the fed!" and "No Labor Tax!"

I tell you this not because I'm a whiny asshole. But so you can contrast it to any sacrifices you make in your daily life in the struggle for change. The weekend before I got about the same amount of sleep due to handing out rally-promotion fliers on the Plaza and in Lawrence. Every Wednesday consists of me waking up at 8am-ish and doing a little internetting, and then Laundry, before the LRP meeting and then an 8 hour shift at work ending at 8am. (thats 24 hours of getting crap done) I'm told all the time that if I don't get a sleep routine that I'm going to have a heart attack by 30 (I'm sure the 2L of Mt. Dew 5 nights a week doesn't help, and the pack of Camel Wides a day doesn't help either)

Anywho, The reason this is becoming something I felt like blogging about is because so many people out there thinks that the way to change our society lies in sitting around chatting about it. W accomplished a great thing on Saturday. We had 3 speakers who all just came off of a campaign, 1 Republican, 1 Libertarian, and 1 Constitutional. Men from 3 parties able to agree that a problem exists large enough to become motivated. We had marchers from all across the political spectrum. From Anarchists to Communists everyone agreed that the Federal Reserve system only rewards big bankers.

Where we are, at the starting point of 2009 is up to you! Can you, a Christian Conservative, march along side a Liberal Gay if it means saving your country from financial collapse, followed by riots, and massive imprisonment of your fellow man? Can you, a bleeding heart Democrat hold hands with a small-government conservative in a call to end foreign imperialism?

I heard, as I was handing out literature, a few people laugh at the uphill battle of ending the Fed. A few others exclaimed "That's not my cause"

It's time for us to stop dividing ourselves based upon our label.

It's also time to stop thinking that this revolution can be won from back room discussions.

I had a "Chuck Baldwin" sign in my yard for months that said "Stop Illegal Aliens"
The Aliens weren't my cause. In Fact, I believe we need to stop Immigration for the safety and welfare OF the migrant worker. I thought of taking the sign down, but in the end, Baldwin's message fit into the grand scheme of things, and it "Wasn't my cause" but it was a part of the struggle towards a change in the end game.

I mention this scenario because I want you to keep an eye on www.libertyrestorationproject.org and other grassroots organizations for ways to be involved. I want you to twist your thoughts and ask yourself "Can I justify a greater good in this event, even if I don't 100% agree with this message or the way these other people are presenting it?"

And if not, then ask yourself if maybe you have a better idea at tackling these problems, and go anyway and interface with your community to try to get your ideas into the grassroots movement.

As long as we have exposure, the movement will grow.
As long as we allow ourselves to unite for the greater good, the movement will grow.

United We Stand, Divided We Fall, Land Of The Free, Home Of The Brave.

Help me keep it that way.

I always hear people complain about problems and solutions. People complain about other people complaining and not offering solutions, and rarely does anyone pose a solution. I always see infighting from the so-called left who are arguing for more regulation of “bad government” and “bad business” and the so-called right who worry that ties between government and bureaucrats are the cause of most problems and the solution couldn't possibly be solved by intervention.

I would argue that the biggest problem is that we can't see past to agree on is that the problem is that government right now is not a government of the people. Individual citizens have little stake in their ruling circle, yet the taxpayer seems to bear the brunt of the policies set forth by these men. The problem is who controls the discourse. If we, the people, pushed for positive reform and regulation, and took a stake in our governing bodies, big government and regulation wouldn't be a bad thing, because it would not be government as we know it, it would be an arm of the populous. The congress was set up to represent the people, and if the will of the populous was followed and not lobbyists for big banks and corporations, then it would be our law to reject or repeal when we felt necessary.

There are a few answers to the question of an alternative to the Federal Reserve Bank Note problem. Many solutions are offered, and while I'm not an expert on any of them, I've always felt that when the cause of a problem is centralization, the solution is not one centralized solution, it would be a basket of ideas, such as below.

The Constitution of the United States is one example of this. When the Royal Throne of England was a centralized power sticking its boot on the throat of the colonies, the answer was a constitution that established three co-equal branches of government to perform their own respective duties including checks and balances.

So as we discuss “Ending the Fed” what do we do in its stead? I have some ideas I've been kicking around in my head that I hope to get some feedback on, please don't beat me down too bad, as I'm not as well versed on alternatives to this problem or economic issues as some of the more educated.

First, I always hear that the gold/silver standard is too limited. So while it is indeed part of the solution, it couldn't possibly be the viable complete end game. Inflation is required to be able to fight wars and kick start during recessions.

Regulation and taxation of banks and stocks and trade should be treaded lightly, but I think it's also part of the solution.

My plan is first to Federalize the Federal Reserve Bank and place it under the control of the Treasury again, with strict rules in place for a Congressional vote before each centralized issuance of currency.

The Federal Treasury Bank would print Two (2) currencies. The “Greenback” and the “Silverback”

The Greenback would be essentially fiat, only it would be interest free, used for treasury bonds, authorized for government spending and international trade. Issuance of greenbacks would require a budget plan. The greenback cannot be used for loans through the financial sector, only for outright trade, or government spending loans. There can be no “Fractional Reserve Banking” of greenbacks.

The “Silverback” would be used in the financial sector. Issuance of the Silverback is done through the banking sector. The Silverback can also be inflated, through fractional reserve banking. Although 75% of physical reserves of physical SILVER required for any bank to make a loan. The treasury would be forced to re-value the Silverback (against amounts of silver) monthly, and banks would need to report loans and reserves. As part of this re-valuation, the Greenback would also have purchase power value adjustments vs. Silverbacks.

I keep hearing three problems about Wall Street. A. “Short” selling B. Futures trading speculators C. Audit games. All three of these problems can be solved by simply giving the shareholder a real share in the risk, regardless of how short a person owns the share.

First, require all futures commodity trading to receive shipment of 25% of the product. Secondly, require stocks to be held for at least 7 days. I know this sounds extreme, but stocks are not supposed to be a gambling tool, if you want a share in the company, become a long term shareholder not a gambler. It's called “Investing” for a reason.

Federal taxation would come from import goods, luxury taxes, and excise taxes. I'm also in favor of the inheritance tax, as long as it limits itself to personal, individual profits in excess of 75% the value of any company involved in the transfer of wealth.

I know that much of these ideas are EXTREMELY idealistic, and against the very nature of some policies of the freedom movement. Please help educate me as to the fallacies of these lines of thinking.
