Great movie. But why were tribes massacred. This isn't supposed to happen when you face your inner demons, which these tribes did. This makes it look like they were at the mercy of governments. No one is supposed to have any power over you when you know your Self. This seems contradictory.

I thought the film 'Don't Tread on Me: Rise of the Republic' was awesome and highly informative. It's the only documentary of it's "genre" that I have ever seen that actually seems to have a positive outlook. I'm quite biased though. :)

I think "original intent" is not a good way to read the constitution. The only way to know the intent of the founders would be to ask them. The closest we can get to that is to read what they wrote. Then, you have to interpret the intent what they wrote outside of the constitution. Also, the founders disagreed on all kinds of shit and alot of the constitution is compromise. Did you know that James Madison specifically said that he did not want their intentions to be the guide for the document? Hell, it's not a big deal or anything, just thought I'd let you know. You'd still get my vote.

Thank you so much for this article. I came into this at the point of the Austin Gun Rally. Catherine and John acted like they didn't know why Alex didn't want anything to do with them. Catherine attacking RP and all the other info puts the parts together. I'm sorry to inform you, but this is just getting started. What Catherine did at the rally by getting into Alex's face and then posting the cointell vids on youtube is confusing too many people. The full story needs to come out. Too many don't understand why Alex would not join their rally. Now it all makes sense.

I think the free state project is awesome. I also think that to stop fighting for freedom in other states is not cool. As more freedom-minded people get elected to state legislatures, more positive changes will come and more people will come around. To put all the freedom-eggs in a one-state basket is risky.

It isn't going to get better. Shining a bright light on these people does not make their evil ideas die, as a disinfectant, but makes them scatter into the woodwork like the cockroaches they are. Of course the legislators love their law and order propaganda.

It is good to be aware of these things. But to think you are going to change anything by working within the electoral politics process is to suppose that you can grind meat for sausages and have a vegetarian pate when you are finished.

What do I propose as an alternative? Withdraw from the unclean things and keep yourself separate. Agorism is a political philosophy of engaging in trade and commerce beyond the state.

The more we work around the damage caused by the state the more we demonstrate its obsolescence.

Actually, I believe that this meeting highlights the police state authoritarian and secret police nature of the state at this time. THIS is why we protest and believe our government is extremely dangerous in it's increase of communist/fascist authoritarian without respect and regard for the individual. This need to "control" is way out of hand.

The answer is to defund them and get them off the job. They are turning into a statist fascist communist nation through authoritarianism.

Cut the police forces down. Eliminate CPS. Eliminate much federal funding. Eliminate government employees at all levels. Trim it down and back it off. Individual's freedom and government employees on staff are mutually exclusive.

Shrink the police state. These folks have TOO MUCH time on their hands if they are not focused on real crime and want to become the political secret service. Clearly, we have too many police officers on staff with too much time on their hands.

Also, send them all to civics class for re-education. The Fed is brainwashing them into believing in a fascist/communist authoritarian police state - and that is not the USA as we have enjoyed. They must become part of the solution as freedom minded persons who value the individual freedom that made our nation great.

They must learn NOT to go along with the communist dictates and brainwashing initiatives of the DHS. They really need education on their duty to serve a FREE PEOPLE rather than to oppress comrades in a communist nation police state.
